Supervisor never returned call as promised or inquired about whether or not I had received the white glove delivery. Not good customer service when they don't follow up on their promises.
I contacted emassagechairs through their online chat to inquire about a price match and had my answer within minutes. I ordered my chair right away and I’m thrilled by the ease of of our transaction.
I got the chair, I believe all companies are the same, just trying to sell the product, but emessagechair.com, doesn't only just sell products, but good products with a honest mind, and a decent price. However, I did run into some issues with my new chair, but were able to help me with it, I highly recommend emessagechair.com.

I dealt with James who helped me pick the chair I needed for my personal circumstances and Heather helped me with questions I had on the shipping! So far, I've had a great experience with emassagechair. The website was clear & informative with a lot of information & it seemed unbiased. When I ordered my chair, I chatted with a young lady (Rhonda) who was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. So, I ordered a chair. Now I will wait & see how things go with the delivery and set-up process.
