However, I did run into some issues with my new chair, but were able to help me with it, I highly recommend emessagechair.com.

When I ordered my chair, I chatted with a young lady (Rhonda) who was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. So, I ordered a chair. Now I will wait & see how things go with the delivery and set-up process.
