They were the ONLY company that included a FREE 5 year extended warranty and FREE shipping which was a HUGE plus. So with the Cozzia company 2 year warranty plus our 5 year extended warranty, that's 7 years of warranty which is AWESOME. Our "White Glove Service" was EXCELLENT and Mo was very careful in the set-up of our new chair which was delivered today, December 30th. So far, the company gets a 5 star rating from us. The small fee for the "White Glove Service" was well worth it. I would HIGHLY suggest this option to anyone purchasing a massage chair as well as the emassagechair company.

I researched chairs for quite awhile. I looked at different companies, models and places to purchase. I am so happy with the Osaki pro maxim. First of all, I usually pay for installation for everything but this was a breeze to put together. I watch a YouTube video (not on my exact chair but on a similar one) and besides being a pain to get upstairs, the actual assembly was a breeze. A few screws and hose connections. Easy breezy. The chair itself is beyond words. Fantastic investment. I'm using it for 15 minute cycles 3 times a day to get a good feel for the programs. Love them all. Heat is great, zero gravity is great, stretching program is great, glute massage is great, it looks great-there's honestly nothing that isn't great! Shipping was as promised. And last but not least, Matt at emassge was super helpful and answered all my questions and I'm really glad I called in before just buying from the website. Fantastic experience overall.

I called and spoke with both Matt and James many times regarding my expectations and concerns. They were extremely helpful and well educated. I was able to narrow down the massage chairs that would best fit my needs physically as well as financially. I would most certainly recommend contacting this company before purchasing your chair.

I spent days on the internet and youtube researching chairs. After I narrowed my choices down to 5, I called eMassage.com. I actually planned to use them to gain more information on my choices. Matt was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. He did not apply the usual sales pressure I have become accustomed to. The last question I had pertained to price matching. I had already read the site's disclaimer on price matching and I braced myself for his response. Matt went to the website of the other company and almost without flinching he said, "Oh yeah, we can match that!" I was so taken aback I lost my cool and said, "What?!" Since it was such a large purchase, I asked Matt if he could direct me to a store where I could try the chair before I bought it? Without hesitation, he found a dealer.
