I am a 50 year old male in good health that works out and exercises . I have been shopping for a massage chair for years, and tried at least 10 different ones. I just enjoy a good massage and have no medical needs, and always thought how nice it would be to have the ability to get a massage anytime. No chair can come close to a good masseuse, but new technology has narrowed the gap to the point i was ready to make a purchase. For purposes of the review, I'm 5'10" 200lbs and my wife is 5'5" 125lbs. I wanted the most bang for the buck with the following features- deep adjustable width massage, intuitive remote, quiet, blue tooth, customer support, and a true Zero-G. Most chair remotes are hard to use and are outdated for whatever reason- this one is SO easy to use, the 2 Zero-G settings are awesome, as most chairs DO NOT lean back far enough to create the true Zero-G and this one does. Customer service is there for you. I called during white glove install to answer a question the installer had. This chair is only 2D but the massage is plenty deep enough. It performs as well as any of the other chairs i have demo'd up to $8,000 chairs. No wonder it has the 5 star reviews. After considering one for 5 years i pulled the trigger on this one and am VERY happy! SHipping and delivery and customer service were simple and fast, so if you have been thinking about buying one...just DO IT!

Purchased an Ogawa Touch massage chair. Slow delivery, but I picked it up locally to save delivery time even later. Chair was in three boxes and I assembled it myself. I wanted to see how everything worked. The air bags did not work and there was an strong odor of electrical over heating. After several calls to Ogawa and emassagechair, a tech came to my house to check out the chair. The factory did not connect the air hoses properly at the front of the chair, I had connected the hoses at the rear, which consisted of the back and the seat of the chair, but the connections at the front, which were not covered in the instructions, had not been made. The tech spotted the problem right away and after making the connections, the chair worked as designed. However, there is still an odor from the chair, although it is nowhere near as strong as it was before it was properly connected at the air lines. Perhaps it will eventually go away. I do like the chair as far as the massages go, and I feel better after using it.
I haven't had any problems thus far, and Emassagechair has been very easy to work with. 5 stars without a doubt.
