Aug 29,2016We purchased the Panasonic Massage Lounger (Model EP-MA73) about a month ago and are very pleased with the chair. Making the decision of which massage chair to buy was definitely challenging. There are so many makes and models (prices ranging from about $2,000 to over $10,000) with a variety of distinct features. Then, there is Inada, the granddaddy of massage chairs. In the end, we selected Panasonic because it was the best after trying out several comparable chairs (e.g., Inada, Osaki, Infinity, HT, etc.) There are many reliable testimonies that these chairs last 10+ years without any repair needs. We also wanted to make a purchase from Panasonic, which we could be confident would be around 10 years from now (in case of repair and/or part needs). Heated jade rollers and gripping motion of the rollers on top of the shoulders are fantastic. Also, deep Shiatsu pressures and comforting tapping features are very effective in reducing virtually all the tension of our bodies and healing muscle aches. Since these chairs are not readily available for trying out at any retail stores, we asked eMassageChair’s salesman (James) to assist us in locating stores in our area to visit and try them out. James provided a comprehensive list of various stores and assisted us in evaluating each model. In registering the Panasonic warranty online, we had a minor snag, which James solved and called us with the solution on his Sunday night. He is one of the best salesmen we have experienced in a long time. We are glad we purchased our chair from eMassageChair.com.

Jul 29,2016My Imfinity 8500 is the most expensive purchase I've made other than a car. The quality of the chair, and the impressive support have amazed me. I had a problem with my sound system, the company and manufacturing representatives were all over it. Both made it clear they would not be happy until I was! They helped me quickly solve my problem, but more importantly made me feel that they would support me UNTIL I was satisfied.

Sep 05,2014I just wanted to let you guys know how impressed I am with the product and especially your service. I recently ordered an Osaki -4000 chair. This is my first chair and after doing as much research as I could, I decided on that chair. I ordered it expecting it being delivered in 7-14 days, which is very reasonable. To my total shock, I received a phone call from your customer service the same day to schedule the delivery of my chair the NEXT DAY!. Although, the delivery was made a little later than the scheduled time, I received another phone call from your representatives telling me that the driver is on his way and will be at my house within 25-30 mins. The delivery personel was very friendly and fast. And I absolutely love my new chair. I will recommend your company to anybody who is looking for a massage chair and am planning on buying another chair from you in a few months. I am in a service business myself and really appreciate great service! Keep it up!! THANK YOU!!!

I ended up purchasing the Osaki 6000 after using my friend’s 4000 model for the last couple months. He could not have been more right about their customer service level. Aug 29,2012I ordered an Osaki 4000 massage chair back in January and couldn’t be more pleased with the product and emassagechair.com’s customer service. I was moving and needed my chair taken apart to be able to fit through the door. I called them and they found a local mover in the area to do it for me. This is what I call great customer service.
