Great sales experience, answered all my questions. Felt like they helped me pick the right chair.
I recently purchased the Osaki OS-Pro Maxim Massage Chair for my mother and she loves it. The L-track is definitely a necessity when looking for a complete massage chair and the Maxim delivered. Now that we have it for a couple of months, I felt that the feet roller has began to lose it power as compared to the first time when I was in the chair. The panel was easy to use but I think it is silly to power off every time you want to pause and return the chair to its neutral state. When you power on after a quick break, you have to go through all your settings again.
Called 888-360-9996 ext 808 2 days no answer or call back. Then call back and asked about my 5 year warranty and an addition back pad still waiting for call back. Still checking things out with chair itself. It looks good.
Now this is the way that online massage chair buying should be! I am the sort of person who thoroughly researches things. It is astonishing the number of chair brands that are available out there. I have seen an awful lot of deceptive and questionable business practices. Brick and mortar stores for these things are almost non-existent here in Minnesota, so trying out a chair here is virtually impossible to do. The A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau for Emassagechair was more than just a little reassuring to see. But what really sold the chair to me was the very helpful assistance of Matt in the chat box on the web site. Straight forward! Knowledgeable. No manipulation or sales pressure. Reasonable. Understanding. Patient. Now this is the way that online massage chair buying should be! I have not as yet received the chair. But I expect no difficulties. I received verbal reassurances that Emassagechair will be there to assist me if I do have any difficulties before or after the sale. From the sales experience, I have no reason to doubt that this will be so.

I feel like I've had a long term relationship with emassagechair! We started exploring massage chairs after our trip to Japan where we experienced our first chair in the onsen (bathhouse). Great company and very nice people. Worked with Heather and Matt, had a good experience. Have some minor issues with my human touch novo xt and have no doubt they will be resolved. Minor advice for people is to not wear Apple Watch, Fitbit etc. fitness wearables while using the massage chair as pressure from airbags can damage them. My experience with purchase is great and Highly recommended company

EmassageChair was amazing to work with right from the start. The very first person I talk with at this company was James. He was exceptional at understanding and knowing the details of a large variety of massage chairs. I had A LOT of questions for him. Since we live to far away, we would not be able to visit the store to try multiple chairs. Since I would have to make a decision based solely on his answers to my questions, I was a little leery at first because I have never made a significant purchase like this without seeing and testing the item I was interested in purchasing. James was excellent to work with and I was so impressed at his eagerness to go the extra mile for me. I had very specific questions regarding how well the chair can do DEEP massage in the upper back area and neck area. I really needed a chair with A LOT of power to dig into the muscles. Even though he was very good at answering my questions, I asked him if he would please sit in them one more time and compare each of the ones he was recommending for me. He was more than willing to do this. After he sat in them again to compare the critical features I really need in a massage chair, he sent me a very detailed email answering my specific questions. I really needed to feel confident that I was making the best selection I possible could since this would be a long term investment. After reading his email answering my questions, I decided on the Agawa Touch 3D. When I tried contacting James a few days after reading his email he was very busy, so I ended up working with a second person (Matt) for getting the order placed. Matt was also very good to work with. He did a great job at answering any final questions I had. Both Matt and James were amazing to work with. They both have exceptional knowledge of the massage chairs they sell. My presale experience with this company was A+.

Sales was informative and assisted with chair comparisons. Sales knew every feature and explained thoroughly. We viewed the chair at Costco which assisted with the purchase as we were able to physically sit in the chair. Delivery was perfect. The drivers were knowledgeable and even explained additional features. Packing material was left as we will be moving in 4-5 years. Assistance with repacking was offered. 5+ star rating as chair was delivered in perfect condition. We are very happy with our purchase. (CTREE)
I decided to purchase this massage chair because of the reviews and the features. I was not disappointed in the least!!! I love all the options for types of massage, as well as the 5 different levels for strength, intensity, & speed. The adjustable roller depth is definitely the "icing on the cake." I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-end product at a very reasonable price.
