My experience with Emassagechair and Heather as the representative was very pleasant. She was knowledgeable of the products and explained what the differences and advantages of the two I was deciding between. I did not feel rushed at any moment on my questions, I also did not feel any pressure to buy products or services involved in this phone call. Heather was a wonderful contact to have spoken to in buying my new massage chair. If you have any massage chair needs it is my helpful opinion to trust and ask for her when deciding on which one to buy.

After several years of very heavy use by my wife and myself, the ottoman on my AmaMedic chair broke. Multiple screws eventually pulled through the plastic casing and the ottoman basically came apart. Since the chair is still under warranty I contacted Heather at emassagechair.com. I have dealt with Heather on several occasions in the past regarding choosing and purchasing a couple of chairs for myself and my parents and she has always been amazing. This time was no different. She processed the claim and told me I would be contacted by the manufacturer. She explained that emassagechair.com is an independent sales company located in Las Vegas, NV, and they do not personally fulfill warranty claims. Within a couple of days the manufacturer emailed me to say this particular ottoman was out of stock and would need to be manufactured in China and shipped to me. They said it may take two to three months. I got back in touch with Heather and she used her "inside contacts" at the manufacturer to research if there were any alternatives, such as "borrowing" an ottoman from another chair to expedite the process, then replace the ottoman when the new one arrives. I live in the Arizona desert so I didn't expect super fast service from a manufacturer located in Texas but within a few days (yesterday) my new, replacement ottoman arrived and it is perfect! I have had fantastic experiences with emassagechair.com and specifically with Heather. I only know her through my business dealings with her but she has always treated me with patience and kindness as though I were a family member. If you are considering buying a chair online, this is the company you need to deal with. I highly recommend this company, and Heather specifically. She truly cares about her customers.
This company is a scam stay away please if you don’t want to get ripped off for the love of god stay away this company is ran by one person. Her name is Heather she will tell you one thing and do another. She told me that I was going to get a full refund that she was not gonna charge me $250 for the shipping and handling because the chair was defective but then after the chair is received and months later, she then says oh no the chair was fine so you gotta pay the $250 and if you don’t pay the $250 then it gets reported to the credit bureau fall for this scam horrible company they will do whatever they can to get money from you
Heather was the nicest most helpful person I have ever dealt with in any company. I feel that she is a great asset to your company. Actually everyone I dealt with was very helpful. I wish all company's cared about their customers as much as yours. Thank you for treating me like a person
I got amazingly attentive support from the sales person--without any pressure to buy. She was impressively knowledgeable. Then I got the chair much more quickly than I expected, which was, of course, a treat. The customer service responded when I needed to check a couple of questions, immediately with very specific and helpful feedback. I had a top notch experience with this company.

I’m not big on writing reviews but I always read many reviews when researching products. I researched several different online massage chair companies and poured through their websites before I chose emassagechairs. I learned that all the online companies work exactly the same way, they take your order, but then your chair is shipped directly from the factory in Texas. My experience with emassagechairs was so amazing I had to come here and write a review but here I’m seeing a few very scathing reviews. I can’t believe those reviews are accurate and truthful. I don’t know any of those people, but I don’t think they would be people I would call friends. I think the problems were with the customers themselves not with emassagechairs. Here’s my story. I too ordered a chair in November 2020, and didn’t receive delivery until late February. The first chair I wanted was out of stock and on backorder, so I chose a different, better chair, the Admiral. It was also on backorder, but I decided to place the order anyway and wait. I was told it would be about four to six weeks. Apparently, due to Covid-19 there was a massive run on massage chair sales last year as people were no longer able to go out to public massage spas or health clubs. After about five weeks I began calling emassagechairs on a weekly basis for updates. As it turns out, there were many delays due to Covid-19. The manufacturer is located in Texas and the chairs are made in China, emassagechairs is a retail distributor on behalf of the manufacturer. Apparently Covid caused many unrelated delays all along the distribution route in manufacturing, shipping, docking, unloading, transporting to Texas and then trucking out to me. Since I was in such regular contact with emassagechairs I learned how many companies involved in the supply line of chairs had either shut down or dramatically cut their staff for safety, so the transportation was negatively affected at every step of the journey. I own my own business, so I am very familiar with supply chain disruptions. The only reason I’m explaining this is all the problems I encountered (and most of the other people encountered) were completely out of the control of emassagechairs. Every time I spoke with either Rhonda or Heather (or two others whose names I don’t recall) I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, kindness, patience and complete customer focus. They carefully explained everything as time progressed and they gave me the impression they sincerely cared about my satisfaction. Not once did I ever get the impression I was bothering them and not once did either of them become angry or rude with me. After about two and a half months of waiting for all these issues to get worked out, Heather actually negotiated with the factory for a free upgrade (to the Ama Medic Hilux which I love) at no extra charge. I didn’t ask for this, and didn’t expect it, but she was very concerned about my satisfaction after having to wait so long with no real estimated arrival date for my Admiral chair which was still on backorder. I opted for the curbside delivery so I can’t speak for the independent company that provides the “white glove” service. In my opinion, emassagechairs is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and I recommend them very highly. Heather and Rhonda are both fantastic, with sparkling personalities, and they represent the company very well. I am happy with my purchase and have been recommending emassagechairs to all my friends.
I've never had such a horrid purchase experience until I spent a huge amount of money on the Luraco Legend massage chair sold by emassagechair.com. I've called so many times I can't even count them all only to be treated like garbage, brushed off and yelled at by Rhonda and Matt in the sales department. I am a 65 year old disabled senior being berated over the phone by unqualified sales people - I was refused over and over to have a competent qualified technician come and make an assessment regarding the defective chair that was sold to me. They both kept insisting there was nothing wrong with my chair without even testing it. These are sales people who made the decision over the phone that my problem didn't exist. They finally did send someone out who did not think anything was wrong. Are you kidding me??? I also paid for the"white glove" service which was a total joke. They brought it in and looked at each other not knowing what to do. After approximately 20 minutes they put the arm on and plugged it into the wall and left. Nothing was tested. Nothing discussed or instructed on how to use the chair or remote which they didn't even thread through the loop. Are you kidding me? Nick from Massage Chairs Inc in Brick, NJ came to check it out. Finally someone qualified and also a store owner who knew the chair inside and out. Extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to disassemble the chair and expose the Ltrack noting the constant grinding and grinding and most unpleasant unrelaxing sound. Clearly a visible problem if you know exactly what you are doing. Definitely defective. I purchased the chair on 11/13/20 and it wasn't picked up until 2/10/21. Never have I ever. There wasn't an apology or any contact made by Rhonda or Matt. Very poor and very sad way to conduct business. I will be contacting BBB and anyone else I can think of. It's just wrong on so many levels... The conversation was taped...
Getting the chair I wanted was disappointing as 2 weeks into the order it was on back order. I settled for another osaki chair and 2 weeks into the purchase the rollers stopped working. Osaki send the rollers but a month later the rollers are still on the box they came in as their tech did not know how to open the back plate of the chair. Bad experience and no communication on behalf of emassage chair and/ or Titan Osaki tech support. Extremely dissatisfied. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Matt researched several things for me. He was altogether highly knowledgeable, patient, articulate, and did everything he could to help me feel comfortable with my purchase decision. He went the extra mile. In fact rarely have I had such a thoroughly positive customer service experience… and I’ve taught seminars on this topic at the university and corporate levels. I want to start this off by saying Everything seem like it was going bad, But after talking to "Heather" she made sure I was well taken care of ☺, The chair i was originally going to get was out of stock the color anyways. So Heather was able to get me a even better one with the color I wanted 😁! Also they gave me a $200 discount 👍👍! Heather also explained why there was a delay on my message chair and that usually this never happens. Thank You soo much 'Heather' for the Excellent Customer service ✅! Hi, I purchased a chair on Jan 30, they charged my card and the site said it would be delivered in 7 to 10 business days. Also said I would be notified when it shipped so I could track it. I contacted them via the site chat option after 3 days and was told to allow 5 days for processing before it shipped, then I would be notified. Well here it is 8 days and still nothing. No notifications and on the site it still says processing. Getting a little frustrated since they charged my card on day 1. Update: Contacted by Emassagechair with tracking. Will update once I have the chair and set it up and try it out. 2/20/21 I have had the chair for a few weeks now. Delivery was a joke, had to drive 5 miles to the delivery truck and have it loaded into my pickup truck because the driver didnt like the dirt road. Assembled the chair in less than 60 minutes, was quite easy. Have tried all the different Auto programs and quite afew of the settings. This chair is awesome! My last chair was a USJaclean USJ-9000. It lasted about 6 years with 3 people using it on a daily basis. This Hubble seems much more complex with all the settings, feels much nicer than the USJ as well. I have up'ed my star count from 3 to 4 since the the chair was on site on time. Wouldnt give delivery company but 1 star. I really like the chair, hopeful that it holds up as long or longer than my last one.
