Dec 13,2019Heather at extension 808 was great. I had questions about the different chairs. She knew about most of them. One brand you did not carry. My wife fell asleep in chair first time she used ours. Only wish we had a book to tell what each of 16 programs did. We are learning.

Dec 11,2019Customer service is super! Kept coming back to the chair the techs suggested. I have to say it is intimidating to spend so much on a chair you cannot see. But techs were very kind and patient and I ordered the Maestro Pro Os and cannot wait to get it. If you have any questions they can help you compare different models. Great staff!
