Mar 12,2025The engine was friendly and carried out his inspection without any problems. He told me everything was working fine and also that a updated battery system was available, but I informed him I couldn't afford it and this was accepted without any problem.

Mar 12,2025Firstly I should say that all appointments were respected and on time. The feedback from the company supported a very good and courteous customer service interface. All quires were promptly answered and technical issues explained. The installation went according to plan. The system is working as expected, no problems have been encountered.

Mar 12,2025Was due last September didn't come until this year person who came didn't seem to be interested didn't chesk condition of the panels ie birds nesting he was asked if you could clean away the nests he said we don't do that but if the wiring got damaged who's going to repair it he said get a hose pipe and wash them out all he did was check the meter readings can you send me a copy of the cover for my panels as i thought it was covered for things like this please as I'm thinking of cancelling a very unhappy customer

Mar 11,2025The man in question was very helpful, but I was a bit shocked to learn that my current battery wasn’t fire retardant and it is in the loft above my bedroom. I have read that batteries should not be placed in roof spaces, and I am wondering if they are really safe. I hope the new one will be located in a safe place and I need not worry about it causing a fire.

Mar 08,2025Great instal but lacking at customer service and technical help support. Email the tech team nothing. Email the chat team you’ll get a reply from tech team in 72hrs nothing For someone who’s looking to move to a new home with no solar instal and need all new. I’m not sure what I’ll do

Mar 05,2025Service engineer arrived within the notified time slot to undertake the annual system review. He carried out the necessary checks and answered a query to my satisfaction. He talked about battery options but was not pushy when we explained our reasons for declining. The follow up call from Customer Services was polite and again not pushy.
