Mar 01,2025AVOID putting your money there. They recently introduced 2 abusive fees: 1. They charge you 3€ every time you withdraw your available cash. 2. If you don't withdraw it, they charge you 10€ per month, as an inactive account penalty.

Mar 01,2025Large amount of money (loans) defaulted. The worse part they are not recovered for almost 2 years now and THE WORST part, they are introducing higher and higher fees for not investing in their platform. Want to withdraw your 50 recovered euros? Pay 3 eur. And because I havent invested for 24 months now, they are charging me 50 eur per month!!!! Please avoid this company.

Feb 25,2025Péssima empresa de investimentos! Tenho empréstimos não reembolsados há mais de dois anos, em recuperação de capital e juros. Com garantia de hipoteca e garantia financeira secundária, depositada em conta, sem até à presente data, absolutamente nada estar resolvido. Ainda temos, que pagar taxas de levantamento de fundos, quando os valores recuperados ou juros de mora, são irrisórios. Incompreensível, como esta entidade ganha dinheiro, com esta situação dos investidores! (...)

Feb 24,2025Empecé a meter dinero en torno a 2022, y como cada inversión me pagaba algo al mes, pues me animó a meter bastante. Al año casi todas las inversiones dejaron de dar y el 90% entró en default. Es decir, no te pagan nada, ni intereses... 2 años más tarde lo poquísimo que me han devuelto lo he ido retirando y ya ni eso, porque han puesto una comisión de 3 euros por movimiento y 50 al mes, de forma q si me devolvieran algo, que va a ser q no, se lo quede la página. Ni se te ocurra meter aquí nada, son unos ladrones como no he visto...6 mil euros perdidos

Un copia incolla automatico che lascia presagire il futuro di questa piattaforma. Mi chiedo chi stia investendo ancora nei progetti aperti visto che il secondario nonostante sconti massimi del 40% non si muove.

Feb 16,2025Ich möchte gerne NULL Sterne geben, aber das geht leider nicht. PURER SCAM! MÜLL! FINGER WEG! 10 meiner Investments sind seit Jahren "in Einholung". Es werden ab und an die gleichen Statusmeldungen neu angegeben: Sind in Abklärung, sobald der Kreditnehmer usw. Wenn man dann nachfragt bekommt man unhöfliche Rückmeldungen! Eine einzige Frechheit! MINTOS ist der selbe Lalala, nur bin ich da besser raus gekommen. Und was haben die lustigen Firmen alle gemeinsam? Den Firmensitz in Osteuropa!

Feb 11,2025Estate Guru is a scam! Please don't invest in it. This CEO should be arrested. After 4 years all my portfolio is on default status. They introduced higher fees (3€) for withdrawing money and now, believe it or not, they are charging 10€!/month, if you don't invest in the platform. A group of gangsters, scammers and I will do everything possible to put this CEO behind bars.

Feb 09,2025Betrüger! Ich kann noch nachvollziehen, dass Kredite, die in Verzug sind, nur noch tröpfchenweise zurück geholt werden können und das Jahre dauert. Aber wenn man diese Tröpfchen auch nicht mal ansammeln und später mal auszahlen lassen kann, weil Estateguru verlangt, dass neue Investitionen getätigt werden sollen, sonst wird das Konto für Inaktivität belastet - das ist ein Betrug. Ich investiere doch nicht noch mehr, wenn Ihr mir ca. 1000€ noch schuldet, die ich auf diese Weise wohl nie mehr sehen werde. Gibt es eigentlich schon mal eine Sammelklage? Ich würd mich anschliessen.

Feb 08,2025Diefstal. meer dan de helft van de 'leningen' gaat in default. Daarvan zie je van ongeveer 10% van de 'leningen' je geld mogelijk nooit meer terug. Ik heb zo snel als dat ik kon mijn geld er weer uit proberen te krijgen want je wordt bestolen door Estateguru zelf. Dit doen ze door nieuwe richtlijnen zoals een 200% verhoging van de withdraw fee en een verhoging van elke transactie fee. maar het meest schrijnende is nog wel dat ze hun penalty richtlijn voor niet investeren hebben omgezet naar een vorm van absolute diefstal. Je moet elk jaar een NIEUWE investering aangaan, maar aangezien de meeste leningen in default gaan en je daarmee niet opnieuw kunt investeren en dit dus niet mee wordt genomen voor de nieuwe investeringsregel MOET je elk jaar nieuw geld storten om daarmee te investeren. Doe je dit niet dan krijg je ELKE MAAND een bizarre boete van €10. Oftewel. je wordt hier gewoon ronduit bestolen. Hier ver van weg blijven

Feb 02,2025So you have all my "safe" loans (i've only invested in the safest loans you offer) defaulting and therefore never enough profit to invest in the primary market (minimum is 50 euros). All offers on your secondary market are defaulted loans, so basically you are stealing 10 euros every month from the tiny amount of profit that trickles in from the 18 percent of non-defaulted loans I've invested in, unless I "entrust" you with more of my hard-earned money???!!!!

Jan 31,2025Wenn du dein investiertes Geld zurück haben willst hast du Probleme mir ist es noch nicht gelungen mein Kapital zurückzuführen. Finger weg von solch einer Anlage. Es gibt bessere Anlagen und vor allen Dingen seriösere.

Jan 31,2025No sé cómo hacen la selección de proyectos, pero se les cuelan algunos que no pagan. Y después años esperando supuestos trámites legales para ver si se recupera algo. Un par de esos se te comen las ganancias. No es fiable.
