Return was easy but is best to go on live chat to get a response which is instant as sending an email does take some time to get a response. Was updated throughout exchange process and as a link is sent so I could track the delivery.

Sep 01,2023Très mauvais SAV, la robe que j ai reçue était trop petite, au bout de plusieurs échanges de mails, j’ai réussi à recevoir l’adresse pour le renvoi. La robe a été renvoyée il y a 2 mois et aucune nouvelle de leur part, pas de remboursement et aucune réponse à mes mails. Je suis très en colère et aimerais un remboursement rapide.

Aug 31,2023I’m really excited about my dress. It’s great quality. I bought a couple dresses to try and as did my daughter. We had to return some and shipping them back was expensive. He told me to ship them separately, spend $50 to ship. So beware of that. Customer service was okay. Some better than others. Wish I could have shipped them all back together.

Aug 31,2023I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and the fit wasn’t right , it was too big . I emailed customer service and they were very fast to respond and give me options. I chose to exchange the dress for a smaller size and the turn around time was very fast ! I will definitely recommend and order from them again.

Aug 28,2023I happened across Ever Pretty while searching for bridesmaid dresses online, and am delighted that I did. I ordered two dresses and they were great, until unfortunately the groom changed suit to one the dresses clashed with. Ever Pretty were so helpful with the exchange and never dipped in the communication. The price is extremely reasonable and the customer service is exemplary!

Aug 28,2023I am a plus-size woman and have a hard time finding dresses to try on in the store. My daughter is getting married, and I needed a mother-of-the-bride dress. It took three different dresses and returning 2 of them to find the perfect one. They made the returns and exchanges easy and were very good at communication throughout the entire process.

Aug 26,2023Après réception de ma robe, elle était trop grande. J'ai contacté le service client, qui a été très réactif à 2 semaines de mon mariage. Entre le renvoi de ma robe et la réception de la nouvelle, tout a été résolu en une semaine avec une équipe support au top au vu du suivi pas à pas du retour. Je recommande vivement (c'était ma première commande)

Aug 26,2023Fantastic service and support from Ever Pretty staff. I returned 2 Parcels to Ever Pretty via Royal Mail on the same day, both Parcels went missing and it was Ever Pretty that emailed me to highlight that they hadn't received the Parcels. I contacted Royal Mail but they gave me no support whatsoever and just told me they could trace the parcel. I went back to Ever Pretty and within a day or so they arranged to refund me the full value of the items in both Parcels. More importantly, they continued to keep in touch with me as the case was being looked into. I honestly couldn't have asked for better service or support from Ever Pretty. Thank you to all the staff.

Aug 24,2023I ordered an Ever Pretty reception option wedding dress through Belk Marketplace. I had to return the dress due to not needing it and sizing. I was able to return the dress after contacting Belk customer service. The Ever Pretty team was extremely responsive and helpful in the return process through email. Thank you for all your help! 🙂

Aug 23,2023Ordered my MOH dress from EP and paid extra to have it custom fitted - around £90 in total. Which isn’t cheap for a dress. When it arrived it didn’t fit. It hung off my arms, shoulders and bust. Surprising seeing as I had given the exact same measurements to another company (different wedding) and their custom dress fit perfect on me. EP were contacted about the issue and sent numerous photographs showing the poor fit but they refused to refund or accept that the dress was made poorly. Ended up having to go through the bank to get it resolved which took weeks. This, in the build up to a wedding is extremely stressful and having paid a large amount of money you expect good customer service and a good quality, well-made bridesmaid dress. Advice to other brides is to consider other options to avoid this happening to you. It’s not what you need in the build up to your wedding.

I sent my returns back and provided proof of delivery, and they refunded me even before my return reached them. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you.

Aug 21,2023The dresses I purchased were exactly like the photos and were better quality than I was expecting for the affordable price tag. It was easy to do a return (I bought the same dress in different colours to try on my bridesmaids so returned the one we weren’t going with) and I was very happy with how quick the email communication was as well as how quickly the money was refunded back onto my card.
