Aug 16,2023From the ordering to receiving the customer assistance is very efficient! I received a tracking # once I placed my order so I was able to track it from day 1! Their customer response time is always within 24 hours or less You can be assured you will receive a response! I would highly recommend this company for weddings and school events and anything formal! You will not be disappointed!!

Aug 15,2023Great service, I didn't like the style of the dress I received on me and they exchanged it without any issue and refunded the difference. The refund was processed as soon as the returned item was received and replacement sent out same day. Fast delivery and excellent communications.

You are asked to send an email to the generic email address and then nothing! 11 days later and I have received no contact to advise me as to how to return the dress. Order number EPSITEUK196398 UPDATE: Despite requesting my order number 5 days ago Ever Pretty have still done nothing in relation to my return. Absolute joke of a company.

Aug 13,2023In ordering, I read the advise to order a size bigger which the dress fit perfectly. I ordered with enough time. The quality is very good. No issues wearing the dress for my son’s wedding and dancing through the night. I received many compliments on how gorgeous the dress is and the coloring. My little niece called me a princess.

Aug 11,2023De la grosse D !!! Je demande en amond si 4 de mes robes que je souhaite commander peuvent être remboursables ; dans la journée on m'indique que oui. Je les commande donc, les reçoit, elles ne me vont pas. J'envoie donc un mail, comme l'indique leur site pour savoir COMMENT retourner le package ; pas de réponse. Je relance. Pas de réponse. La dead line approchant pour le retour, je les contact EN ANGLAIS sur Instagram. Là j'ai effectivement un retour. Alors, je suis le process, et je demande comment ça se fait que je n'ai jamais eu de retour par mail comme il était indiqué sur le site. Pas de réponse à cette question. J'ai donc renvoyé A MES FRAIS, pour 19 euros (pour une commande d'environ 200 euros) les robes le vendredi 4, un jour avant la dead line de renvoi, ma commande. Sur insta, on m'avait précisé que le remboursement se ferait dans les 48 heures. Nous sommes le 10, je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle. Ce site est TRES limite ; normalement, nous n'avons pas à envoyer de mail pour savoir comment procéder pour le remboursement, cela devrait être indiqué sur le site ; au pire, si nous envoyons un mail, nous devrions recevoir une réponse dans la minute, pour ce type de demande, et non passer par insta en ANGLAIS. Tout le monde ne parle pas Anglais couramment, je suis désolée. J'ai pas acheté trois robes à 50 centimes. Et certes les frais de retour ne sont pas obligatoirement à la charge de l'entreprise, mais du client, mais la plupart des entreprises les offre, et eux non, et ils se le cachent bien de le dire sur leur site.

Aug 11,2023La robe n'était pas à ma taille et ne correspondait pas à ma morphologie, j'ai donc demandé de la renvoyer. Le service client a été très réactif et les informations étaient très claires comme sur la site (frais de livraison/retour à sa charge). J'ai été très satisfaite du service client.

Aug 11,2023Nice, good quality bridesmaid dresses. Quick delivery. If bought direct the returns process is a little faffy. If bought via Debenhams online it is easier to return.

Aug 10,2023I ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses from Ever-Pretty, the dresses were shipped, arrived really quickly and were very good quality. Two didn't fit so I had to exchange them, one of the second dresses still wasn't quite right so I had to do another exchange. The exchange process was quick and easy with lots of help from the customer service team. Highly recommend and will definitely be looking to buy other occasion dresses from here!
