Aug 10,2023I found the ordering process itself to be smooth, but the sizing is very confusing. The size chart varies for each dress and is not accurate. I ordered two sizes up from my normal because that was what the size chart suggested, but it all ended up too big. I kept the smaller one ordered because I didn't want to have to order again. The disclaimer on the size chart is that each dress may vary by up to 1inch which is not really acceptable. I got free shipping because I ordered over a certain amount, but it is convenient (for them) that free shipping is set at £60+ when most dresses are less than this or even £59.95... The returns process is just annoying, having to chat to them to get the address, then send them proof of address after paying almost £9 to return one dress. Most online shops use Evri or Collect+, but for this you have to go to the post office. Quality of dress is fine. It's stretchy which I wasn't expecting and means I could have ordered a smaller size. I only ordered from here because it was a specific bridesmaid dress that I needed - but I wont do so again.

Aug 10,2023I ordered 2 different dresses in case one didnt fit. I was right only one was better for my true size. I was so satisfied that the website was able to help me step by step as to how to return the other dress that I was not going to use. I received my money back with no problem.

Aug 09,2023My dresses arrived very quickly - I ordered 2 styles in different sizes. The material was lovely and the fit was excellent. The only slight issue was that it was difficult to see which dress was which size as neither the dresses nor the packaging showed sizing! But one fitted and sending the others back was easy and my refund was issued quickly. I will definitely use again if I need an occasion dress.

Aug 09,2023I bought my wedding dress from here, paid for it. Then they emailed to me and told it was out of stock. I was so sad about it since when I bought it, it seemed to be available. Luckily the customer service was excellent and respoded to my messages nicely and very quickly.

Aug 07,2023Made a purchase through Debenhams. I didn’t realise it wasn’t going to come through them direct. Had to then return items separately. No documentation was sent with this dress. The dress was not true to size (too big). I called the telephone number on the return label on the package to be rudely spoken to. I contacted via email to request a refund. They offered me a 50% refund and would ‘allow’ me to keep the dress. When I insisted I didn’t want the dress, I wanted a refund, it took several weeks to get this processed. The return label they sent me did not work. I was then told I had to pay for the return postage which would then be reimbursed. I have received my third email this morning to say the remainder of this total has been requested. For example the return postage was £8.95, they’ve paid part of it, I’ve gone back to them and proved it was £8.95, they’ve then refunded a bit more, then a bit more. I won’t remain hopeful I get the full amount. When the refund is received it’s from loads of Chinese lettering. Fair to say I will not use again. I won’t be using Debenhams now either.

Aug 05,2023I was sceptical of ordering from this site after reading some of the bad reviews but I went ahead and ordered dresses for my bridesmaids. The quality was really good, they came quickly, the only downside was that some of them weren’t long enough for a couple that are tall. I sent them back and received a refund minus the restocking fee quickly.

I would suggest if your considering ordering, go for it, but honestly just drop them a message with any queries on anything and they would likely be more than happy to assist you! 100% would recommend them to anyone. Aug 02,2023J'ai commander 2 robes sur ce site , elles sont vraiment belle , la livraison a été très rapide même pas 10 jours , je n'ai pas eu à payer quoi que ce soit d'autre pour la livraison ni frais de douanes . Par contre bien prendre ses mesures car ce n'est pas des tailles françaises, j'ai prit pour ma part 2 tailles au dessus et c'est impeccable . Je recommande

Aug 02,2023Une expérience catastrophique ! J'achète une robe qui sur la photo semble très belle, à la réception de celle-ci, une horreur ! Elle ne ressemble pas à la photo ! ET le pompon, je ne peux pas me la faire rembourser, mais cela n'était pas mentionné sur le site. C'était un produit final et évidemment, on informe pas le client que ce produit ne pourra pas être remboursé, super sympa cette expérience client. Evidemment je ne recommande pas ce site chinois.

Aug 10,2023Not only are the dresses fantastic quality but the customer service is incredible. I was ordering bridesmaid dresses and needed various sizes and styles for my bridesmaids. Everything came really quickly which was a relief so my bridesmaids could try on the options and find the best dresses for them. Ever Pretty were so helpful and understanding, they knew that I would have to return a few dresses (the ones that didn’t fit or didn’t suit). They made the returns process so simple and when Royal Mail screwed up they still honoured the refund. I honestly will be recommending this company to everyone.
