We ordered two Day 2 tests before a week's holiday in Portugal. We received notification that they had been despatched to us on the day we flew home and received them after Day 2. There was no reason given as to why they were despatched 8 days after we ordered and received after we should have completed the tests.

I ordered two PCR Day 2 tests on 22nd May stating clearly in the order that the tests needed to be taken on 1st June. I tried to call and couldn't get through as we got nearer 1st June and the tests hadn't arrived. On Sunday 30th May we received an email stating the tests had been despatched. Given 31st May was a bank holiday, the tests only arrived on 2nd June. This was entirely avoidable with even a modicum of decent planning. I wrote asking for a refund given the goods were not fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act. Everything Genetic hasn't bothered to respond so we are about to start a claim for a full refund.

I never received my results for my day 2 test and I did not receive the day 8 test at al. I would like to be reimbursed. You should not be licensed to do this.

A very poor experience. 60 minutes on the phone checking on my order then an answering machine. Emails ignored. And after all that no test result. One star is generous. So no actual service was provided for a fee of £60.

Appalling. Still have not had my day 8 result 10 days later. Had to chase my day 2 result. Had some constructive help from Beverley for a while but now my emails come back undelivered. Tried emailing generally & have had no reply. Equally phoned twice & was assured I was in a queue & would be called back. They have not phoned. I will not use Everything Genetic ever again.

service are unprofessional and unreliable I order for day 5 opt out, sent my sample pack as instructed, up till today 20days after I am yet to get my result via my email, i sent a message to the customer service only to asked me to check my spam, however i have checked nothing was found. i have requested for a refund as I eventually have to completed the 10days, yet no reply to my request

The test i recieved wasn't the one written on my sample. The date on ot was not the good one and i nearly couldn't fly. So i will never take a test from you again and i will tell all my friends to do the same. And i will talk about it on social medias

Although booking and paying was easy the subsequent service was hopeless. Test kits day late arriving and one month later we still have no result Checked spam and nothing there

After 2 weeks and 3 phone calls I finally got my results, requested a refund for them failing to give me results in a few days as promised but they refused as I had opened the kit, a total joke

First of all it was an easy process to purchase all the covid-19 tests I needed for my trip to the UK. Then every time I needed assistance they responded giving me the solution. Under the extraordinary circumstances we all find our selves the employees of Everything Genetic did extremely well. Another important factor is the low price that they offer all the tests. Very much appreciated it. 2880

Poor service - I requested text messages and received none. I didnt get my day 2, 5 or 8 test results until days after i sent them. Totally pointless service. When I tried to call to speak to customer service I was unable to speak to anyone just left a message with my contact number. Mo one called me back.

1. Our tests which were sent on Saturday were received on Wednesday day 3. All the buck was passed on to the fact Monday was a bank holiday and the Royal Mail’s inefficiency. Many services deliver on Sunday and this is a cop out. 2. A whole package was never received. No apology or offer to expedite a replacement to us. So, we needed to take care of that issue. 3. Your call back option that you have on your “customer care” line not once returned my many calls. Why waste people’s time? 4. So much time wasting calling and emailing. 5. Nowhere on your instruction leaflet is there a mention that you need to activate the pack and then again there are next steps after posting the packages back to you , not mentioned on the instructions, which leaves the customer guessing. 6. Constant worry over receiving threatening texts that we are out of compliance - time is of the essence with results and reporting and the ability to be free from the confines of their 4 walls - everything genetics was not prioritizing the client. All this for about 800 quid. Terrible.

The test was supposed to arrive on day 2. It arrived on day 8. Ridiculous and pointless waste of money.

Very disappointed with quickness of results,,,, 2nd day test posted on the Monday ,,,, by Thursday still no results ,,,, had to email company & ask for my results to be sent by email ....

Not even had results 14 days since a did test also resided test on day 4 of return when should of had on day 2 So what a waste of money

Worsest service ever if i could i would claim back my money but no one even was interested to see if they can Day 8 test result received on day 16 so instead of selfisolatin 10 i had to stay 16 days at home without work So fo my lost days of work are you going to compensate? My £120 pounds of tests ? My £85 pounds of my private test on day 11 ? Who is going to pay me ?

I ordered my test on June 2nd and didn’t receive it until the 14th which caused me to miss postage time and now have to wait even longer in quarantine.
