Mar 08,2025I have tried placing an order to redeem my VIP credit, but the app and website continue to tell me to check my billing address! My address is correct given you took the money for the VIP membership yesterday so why can I not place my order?? I had to go through several attempts to change my billing address to the same address and I finally had to use PayPal this is not satisfactory

Mar 07,2025SCAM!!! You think your getting a bargain and trying a different brand what that are actually doing in tiny print is signing you up for a subscription. Its not on and now the cr** that i bought that doesn't fit right has cost me a fortune..... £54.99 a month. AND I WANT A REFUND FOR THE £54.99 managed to cancel my subscription eventually but that was a pain.

I have been trying to get help then just today I was shocked to see they had taken another 49.99. So I'll be up to my bank to get this sorted, don't trust them they are scammers and thieves

I thought I was buying 2 pairs of leggings on a special offer, just discovered they have been taking £55 a month on a subscription, very angry and myself for not noticing sooner and them for not making it clearer! I would never have signed up for this. 😠
