I ordered with FIGI's online to order gifts for family. Paid extra for products to be delivered before Christmas. Email says it will be delivered tomorrow, on Christmas Eve, so that is yet to be seen. The complaint I have is receiving a phone call AFTER I got a confirmation email that my payment went through, and order had been processed. They said they needed more information on the credit side before they can process the order. She asked if I was employed, the source of our income, a credit reference, and if we rent or own our home. None of that should be required to place an order with a debit card. Will never use them again!

I received A gift box from my cousin it was sausages, cheese , candy, & little jar's of mustard. I want FIGIS to know i'm pleased with it every thang is very good.

I ordered a personalized teddy bear for my granddaughter, the only reason I ordered it was because I wanted her name on the bear. Why I get the bear without a name on it? come on people the name of the bear is personalized birthday bear.!!!! I called them and they gave me 25% of the order. very disappointed.

For the best ever fruitcake, cookies, etc. call: Collins St. Bakery at: USA 1-800-475-3589. I was not impressed by figis, and will not buy from them again.

I called custmer service dept. and the 1st agent Ashlee sounds like she was new... after she gave me a non-sence explanation she passed the called to Shonn from customer service too, I had to gave him all my information back again and explain the situation, he gave me a different explanation and told me he would transfer my call to somebody from customer service. The 3rd agent sound like she was on drugs or something - she sounds 'high', I had to start all over again with the information and explained the problem again, because nobody make notes in the system... she was extremley rude and gave me a totally diferrent explanation from the others 2 agents and then told me she work for credit department. I told her what happens with the first 2 agents and she said that both of them are from customer service dept but her dept was credit. So my call was passed around nobody couldn't help me, everyone gave me diferrent explanations. The they didn't fix the problem. My sugestions to Figi's Company: 1- Drugs tests; 2- Give your employees: training, customer service training, teach them how to use their system...

I've been very pleased with figis for years but my last order wasn't right. I ordered a personalized item and it had the wrong name on it!!! It wasn't even close to the name I wanted.:( other than that I like everything else about figis

I called to place an order on 12/18/13 as a gift. I called back 5 minutes later to cancel the order and was told it was pending to call back in 15 minutes. I called back in 15 minutes and was told by an extremely rude woman that I could not cancel the order. WHAT!?? I ask to speak to the supervisor and after an ugly display of unprofessionalism, was told that the order would be cancelled. I called back on the 19th to make sure the order was cancelled and of course it had not been and the charge was now posted against my checking account. The man I spoke with assured me that the entire bill would be credited because it should have been canceled on the 18th. I called back on 12/30/13 to see why I had not received a credit, and was told by the "supervisor" that it would be credited. So, I have now received collection letters from this TERRIBLE company and each time a new person tells me the bill will be credited and it is not! Today is 3/24/14 and I am still fighting to receive my credit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ... YOU WILL NOT BE SATISFIED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND TERRIBLE!!!!

I ordered the Personalized Whispers From Heaven Wind Chimes in December 2013 for my daughter. It was to be inscribed with my mother's name, birth year and death year. The chime was received about a week before Christmas, but the engraving on the back was unprofessional and was scratched up. I called customer service right away and was told that I could not request a replacement until after the delivery date in their system (12/24/13). I said ok and called them back after the holidays. This time I was told that it was a Christmas only special and they could not get any more....they said I should have called before Christmas!!! PLEASE.....these things are mass produced in China!!! I just remembered to write this as yet another catalog of theirs is going into my recycle bucket. I will never place another order with them.

You have to order from Figis!! They have a wide variety of food and specialty items. I have never had any problems with the quality of the food. They have lots of tasty sugar free desserts. Order your stuff and it gets delivered in very sturdy boxes that come in handy for shipping stuff in. Pay for your stuff on time and be rewarded by an increase in how much you can order. Keep up the great job Figis!!

Been ordering from this Company for years, something happened along the way whether it be New mgmt or whatever. ... but will never order again. Here's my story. I received a collection letter for what they said was $62.65 in unpaid orders,which was untrue. Then a week later I received two checks for overpymt. Somebody needs to get their head out of their ass!!!!! I called the Company and they had no eexplanation. WOW.... NEVER AGAIN! . There are other companies out there. I only wish I had read these reviews earlier! !!

This Wed. I went on line to make a $70.00 payment that was due on 2/20. I filled out the on-line payment form and hit the make payment box and nothing happened. Since it said DO NOT hit the payment box twice, I did not. I immediately called them directly and explained what had happened and they said a payment had NOT been made, but that she could take it over the phone. I asked her if she was positive that my account would not be charged twice and was told that wouldn't happen. This morning, while checking my on-line banking, sure enough I HAD been billed TWICE. So, I again called them this morning and was told they would credit my account immediately. Five hours later today, I called and asked why the credit did not appear on my on-line banking and also on their customer order status. I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days to be credited back to my bank account. NOW having been in retail all my life, I know that is a bunch of bull S_ _ _!!!! They are sitting on my money!! I will make a point to e-mail all the people I have gifted thru Figi's and advise them to NEVER EVER use Figi's. Actually, if I had read their reviews a couple of years ago, I could have saved myself this headache. This must be such a very disfuntional business. NOW, I'm writing to my BBB and to my newspaper to be sure others know about their dealings with customers.

This past Dec. I ordered some cheese from Figis. When my order came it was left on my front porch. The label on the box told the delivery person he could leave it. We live in Florida and it was eighty degrees that day. By the time I opened the package the cheese was very soft. I called Figis to complain. It took me 3 tries to get through to someone who told me my order would be reshipped. I waited three weeks then emailed customer service. I was told they had no record of my order. I gave them my information again. So far two weeks later I am still waiting for my order. I think this company is terrible, and the the customer service people are liars. I will never order from them again.

My mom has alway bought the family gift bags from figis for Christmas and this year 2 out of the 4 gift baskets she bought the cheese with nuts around them were not sealed good and my husband and I got sick from it and could not quit vomiting. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Very disappointed with the size of product. I have been sending Figis to family for the past several years and decided to send myself a Christmas gift this year. I wish I knew how to post a picture, but a $20.00 sausage and cheese gift will fit in the palm of my hand. I spent over $200 for three gifts and they are each the size of a dinner plate. Ridiculous and Im so ashamed to have sent this product to my family.

My brother occasionally sends me a gift basket with assorted sausages, cheeses and other goodies from Figi. I was pleased with the quality of the product. However, as in the past, the gift does not easily state who sent the gift. I had to resort to looking on the package label (which only had his first name listed and it was misspelled). It would be better policy to include the sender's name somewhere on the enclosed pamphlet. I was pleased that the package was delivered on time. However, my brother informed me that the customer services rep very strongly advised that he pay the extra fee for next-day delivery. I feel that this is an unnecessary marketing ploy.

It's sad, Figi's have a wonderful product but that does'nt matter much if they have LOUSLY customer service!! They sent a catalog to a past address of my Mother's (she relocated due to Joplin Tornado 2011) and someone ordered $223.00 of food products under her late husbands name, which arrived at new address. Customer Service agents never had a Supervisor on duty to speak to, we have spent weeks trying to get this issue handled. We have had to file a Police Report and still issue has not been resolved. My Mother had updated her account when moving and the company still sent the catalog. No one at company has apologized, and keep insinuating she made the order.

For the 1st time I ordered Chocolate Almond Rolls which looked rather interesting online. They were $20/each. I ordered 2....one was for me and another as a gift to a real estate agent as a gift. I was totally disappointed in the product. So much so that I just couldn't bring myself to give the gift and will have to purchase something else somewhere. Although it looked appealing, there was very little chocolate to be named that. It consisted of what looked like filo dough with a nut center which was tasteless and very gooey like baklava. It reeked with the feel and taste of high fructose sugar and no flavor. The only good thing I can say is the texture felt good in your mouth due to the crispness of the filo, but other wise it was tasteless like eating nothing. Very disappointed. I should've opted for nuts or cheese at least I would know what I was getting. Will not buy again.

This individual is "Extremely Satisfied!!" with the many different types of orders that one has placed and received through this particular company. Not only the gifts that one has received for oneself. Also the many different types of gifts that one has given to family and to one's friends as well. "Thank You So Very Much!!" for always making Christmas and other occasions so very special.

Two Christmas orders in a row have been ordered well in advance for proper delivery and yet Figi,s still can not get the timing right! We will NEVER order from them again!
