I did receive my order on time but once I received it the product was so small and it was placed in a horrible looking box. How could I give this as a gift? The item was $20 but looked like it cost 20 cents. This is the first and last time I will ever buy anything from Figi. One star is too much. I am highly annoyed and irritated with how this item looks. The catalogue makes all of the items look much better than they are. Not going to recommend these products to anybody.

This was the first year I was able to buy gifts for my mail person, waste management person and a few neighbors. I was excited about the gifts I saw in the Figi's catalog, however once I received my packages and opened them, my happiness plummeted. For the exorbitant cost of my purchase I expected a higher quality/quantity product. First and Last purchase from my household.

The only thing good I have to say is that the shipment arrived on time. However for the money you get ripped off. The portions are nowhere close to being enough for what you pay. They got me this time but never again!!

I ordered three gift baskets on December 7 as Christmas gifts and was told they would be delivered well before Christmas. I just found out that two gifts will be delivered on December 24 and the third on December 26. This was my first experience with Figi's and it will certainly be my last.

My family has been buying from Figis for 50 years but never again.Customer service was terrible they were rude and took advantage of my mother who is in here 80s.If you don't have any issues with your order then great you just paid a lot for very little. If you have a problem you are in for the fight of your life.Merry Christmas. Oh and just FYI this company owns Hickory Farms too.

I ordered 4 items, 2 as Gifts and 2 for myself I'm still waiting for my orders after 4 weeks. They were suppose to extend the billing until Feb 16 but instead charges my account up front. What a bunch of Crooks. My order finally arrived on Sunday two days after the Birthday Gift it was for. The contents are so small I don't think we will even be able to taste anything.$82.95 down the drain. What a Ripp Off Never Again.

Offered newspaper ad for a special till 12/31 but cannot find it on site and after calling was told it apparently sold out - however the exact one listed on line had a different number, price and shipping cost. Shipping was supposed to be $4.99. They wanted $13.00 plus an additional $10 for the special. No apologies!

When I order the box it looked great in the picture. It was a joke when I got the box it was so small that it looked like something for a 5 year old. So glad that I order it for my husband and I and did send it out as a gift. Would have been so embarrassed. I will never order anything from this company again.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The customer service representatives are nice enough but their hands are tied in terms of actually helping a customer adjust an order. Through several hours of persistence, I finally was able to cancel my order but after I had been lied to by one not-so-nice-enough customer service rep who told me my package had shipped and there was nothing to be done. Only 15 minutes later I learned the package had not yet processed and was able to cancel the order through the supervisor's supervisor. It was a lot of work! Never again.

Tried to order 3 times from this awful company but my simple request for a catalog was denied. When I made my 3rd call to request a catalog, I was treated quite rudely. So, my entire Christmas order was instead given to Harry & David. I will never have any future contact with this totally inept company. (Peter Brooks, Florida)

We wanted to order 4 boxes of the customized personalized "Merry Christmas petitis fours "and could only order 2. I don't understand why you cannot order the amount you actually need in one order. Other then this the sales representative was very kind

I had a wonderful experience with a very nice customer service representative named Leanne. I sent the bountiful cheese basket to my sister and mixed up the address number so uunfortunately) she never received it. Leanne made sure the address was corrected and sent out a new basket for me. Very kind and pleasant, will be using this site more for the holidays!

Got sausage and cheese as a birthday gift. The variety of cheeses were average to poor in quality and taste. I can go to Krogers and buy their store brand and get better tasting cheese for a lot less. The sausage, when we cut into it, was so fatty appearing and the taste was like taking a half of spoonful of Crisco shortning into your mouth and then you had that fat coating in your mouth. The cheese and sausage ended up being served to our dogs. They seemed to like it, of course one of our dogs is a Beagle and he'll eat almost anything. Overall the Figi's quality control department has closed it's doors or their standards have slid downhill way too far.

Enjoyed the chocolate covered cashews extremely; also the cheddar popcorn was very good and tasty. Have already ordered another 1 1/2 pound tin of the chocolate covered cashews last week.

This was sent to me as a gift. I was very disappointed in the gift. The nuts softened from the dried fruits. Even tho I took the nuts out after a few days and put them in an oven to dry them so that they would be crunchy to eat, it didn't work real well. the cashews never got nice and crisp. It seems you should not combine the nuts and fruits in the same package. Sincerely, Marion Robbins

Terrible customer service The gift order was not processed because the recipeint's and billing was different. Nobody called OR emailed about it! Stay away from this place

Had someone open credit under my name and address with them and they did it with out any proof that it was me! Called and complained, they barely apologized for their lack of security. Get a letter a few weeks later asking me to give them proof that it was actually me, so they would reverse the credit and take it off of my credit report. They didn't ID to open credit under me, but need it to dispute it?! They will never receive my ID, because I believe a company like Figis will falsify their records and use that as proof that it was me who placed the order. Do not deal with these criminals!

I hear a lot of people have had poor experiences with Figi's, but I never have. I do acknowlewdge they are over- priced. But that is part of the convenience of making payments for 3 months starting in Feb. I have ordered several times and gotten products fast, accurate,and they were fairly tasty items. The sausage and cheeses I don't think compare to Hickory Farms products, but they are not poor quality either. The cheese, honey, nut, torte is expensive @ $30 dollars, but it was a delight! The smoked hams are high quality, again they are very expensive. 9 pounder was $100 bucks! Family loved it. The little petite bite size cake flores or whatever rhe spelling is are ok. A little dry, nothing special, and slightly sweet. I was not impressed with those. Arm yourself with milk! Chocolate covered nuts are incredible! That and the ham are excellent. The santa trail mix is salty for my taste and while I ate some, it was not enjoyable. $70 bucks a month for three months is bearable and convenient.I must be lucky bc I have always been treated well by Figis.

NEVER RECEIVED THE FRUITCAKE THAT I ORDERED FOR CHRISTMAS. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN FACT IT'S EVEN WORSE THAN HORRENDOUS-IT'S NON-EXISTENT!! AVOID...I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS...
