Worst customer service ever. I ordered and clicked button for Christmas delivery and now will be two days after. Never will order again from this company.

Customer service is rude, hung up on my 87 year old grandma instead of helping her figure out why her credit card didn't work! She probably read it to them wrong. But they didn't seem to care. She has been using them for Christmas gifts for years and years. Guess not anymore!
In response to a catalog that I received in the mail, I ordered a couple of items from the website. I received a confirmation email. I ordered several things from other companies around the same time (within a 3 day period). From the other companies I received an item, have been notified that order has shipped or got a status update. I went to the figis website 4 days later to check on the status and I got the message that no order exists. That made me suspicious so I started researching the company. The reviews here are disheartening. That is not convincing enough for me because I have a tendency to not just take peoples version as the total story (especially strangers). That could be competitors or enemies with a personal vendetta. I found information on bbb website. That was enough for me. I appreciate reviews from you guys. This site does not allow links so I could not post it. "Pattern of Complaint On January 3rd, 2017, the BBB sent a certified letter to Figi's due to a pattern of consumer concerns received by BBB from consumers. In the complaints, consumers advised that they received only part or none of their order. On February 22nd, 2017 the BBB sent a certified follow up letter to the company after receiving no response to the initial letter. As of March 29th, 2017, the BBB has not received a response or phone call to the pattern of complaints"
Terrible customer service experience. Not rude, just inept. An endless cycle of transfers over two hours on the phone over four calls total. Still not resolved. All for a $36 overcharge. I am scared to hear the quality of the gifts I sent.
I ordered the "Holiday Cheer Bakery Tower" and I am completely disappointed in the product I received. The "tower" stands a little over a foot high; each box contained one item of food--quick bread, brownies, petite fours, cookies, and cake. The food was stale, crumbled, much smaller and lesser in quantity than expected. For example, the chocolate grasshopper Bundt cake is the size of a large cupcake and very dry.The small decorative cookies were broken. I planned on serving this at a family gathering but that won't happen. I am disheartened by the quality of this product and now will have to come up with something else for the family dinner. I paid much too much for what I got. Will not order again.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone I talked to was absolutely no help, and had no idea what they were talking about. Needed a simple address change, but was repeatedly told it couldn’t happen. Makes no sense! Spend $150 worth, and now it could be lost. Will never order again.
The customer service is AWFUL! When calling in an order they don't tell you the promo codes you provide them are only for online orders! In addition, they try to argue with you and tell you they do not send e-mail confirmation when in fact they used to! I will NEVER use Figi's again and will ask all my family and friends not to either. Terrible!
I purchased a tin of christmas cookies and when I received them there was no plastic covering the tin, Figis always has everything covered in plastic. I also received multi boxes of free peanut and chocolate covered caramels, which were Nasty! They were hard, stale and looked like they had been around since last christmas! I called and the rep told me to discard the cookies which I did and she would send out a new tin, I did not want more of the free candy. I did get the cookies and they were stale tasting, bland and looked horrible like someone drop kicked the can...Figis used to have a good name but something happened and they are not the same as years ago. I won't be ordering again.
My 70 year mother placed a order with Figis 12-4-18, realized the amount was wrong called back to correct the order customer service reps. placed a second order instead of correcting first order. Called back 12-5-18 to cancel order, waited 2 hours on hold transferred and hung up on by customer service reps. Called back today to have orders canceled waited over 2 hours on hold was hung up on 3 times, advised by so called supervisor that the orders were already shipped however automated service states orders are only secluded to be shipped. Figis is a joke and their customer service is a joke. Do not order from this company.

Horrible customer service. You have to demand to talk to a.real person otherwise all you'll receive is a canned response saying please call...I've actually ordered from here.long ago and the product is NOT worth the hassle.
Sub standard food. Late deliveries and absolutely poor and rude customer service. Dont waste your time or money. I hope they go out of business.

Absolutely the WORST customer service ever!!! A supervisor named Debra? Was so rude she hung up on me! I have ordered for over ten years and my parents did for 20 years before me. This is a huge Christmas tradition for us. This year I placed my annual order around $250 plus $40 for shipping and I received two out of stock messages. So I called and asked if I could substitute something else. They said no! Were extremely RUDE!!!! And told me all companies have out of stock issues!!! No they don’t, only your company! Then when I asked to add something to replace my order she said “have I looked in the book as she doesn’t know what she sells” then hung up on me!!!!! They lost a customer FOREVER!!!! It used to be such a great company......the CEO should be looking at all these complaints on here....This company should be put out of business for such awful and disrespectful people working at their company. If you don’t have the items don’t put them online!
FRAUD Authorized by Figis Figis DID NOT FOLLOW PRIVACY & SECURITY guidelines! This company allowed a random person to open an account using my address and purchase product! Figis ran a credit check on me with ONLY my address and it was obvious the name given was not associated with my credit. Now, Figis is harassing me to make payment on a Fraudulent account.
I have ordered from Figi's for 26 years. Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas stuff. Merchandise comes to me quickly, it looks great, it is delicious. I give it as gifts to many people. I don't know what is wrong with all these reviews. When I've needed help, they are polite, listening and quick. Please don't believe these bad reviews. Figi's is fantastic and I've never had a bad experience. They are very nice people; you will like dealing with Figi's.

Dec 20,2018Terrible customer service! We received a gift box as a Christmas gift, but the fudge was covered in mold. I immediately contacted customer service via Twitter so I could send them photos. They took about 36 hours to answer me and they said to throw it out immediately and to call the 800 number for a replacement gift. The problem is, I’d already called the 800 number twice that day and I waited on hold for over 15 minutes and no one every answered. I replied to the Twitter representative and I said that I’d tried calling, but no one has ever answered via Twitter. I then tried emailing them. They took exactly 3 days to answer and they offered to send replacement fudge or refund the sender. Given that this was a gift, I didn’t want the sender to know what had transpired, so I asked for replacement fudge. I also sent them photos of how the fudge arrived. They just responded to me that unfortunately, they “will not be shipping any more free fudge and they can ship 3 boxes of chocolate covered peanut caramel clusters as a replacement.” Technically, they’re not sending me “free” fudge. They’re replacing an item that was a health hazard, inedible, and that someone had paid for, so it is not “free.” If they’re having a supply issue with their fudge they should say that. Overall, I’m very disappointed and I wouldn’t buy from them for gifts or for myself.
