I should've read the reviews before ordering. Figis got my online order wrong, did not add the full shipping name. They changed a whole word to just a letter. I'm unsure if my gift will be delivered to the correct department in the hospital, or if they'll know who it's from. Customer service reps are untrained and are not helpful. I was disconnected twice. The Supervisor was unable to assist when I called back. This company is unorganized. I will not place any more orders with this company.

Alyssa from customer service was down right rude and very unprofessional. I will not be doing anymore business with this company and anyone in there right mind should not also.

I HAVE NO INTENTION OF BUYING WITH FIGI'S AGAIN. I PLACED A ORDER THE 1ST PART OF MARCH & NO ONE AT FIGI'S CAN TELL ME OR HAS GOT BACK WITH ME AS TO WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT OR EVEN WHERE IT IS AT !! THEY HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MY MONEY THO.. THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME, BUT WILL BE THE LAST.

Do you're self a big favor and don't order from this "low standard" company!!! We ordered from them a few times in the past and paid our bill/credit off each time in full. Just received a letter in the mail from the company trying to charge me two $15 dollar late fee's for a balance which has already been paid in full way ahead of time. Called their customer service and received "very rude" service and talked down to me the whole time and said this is not their fault and I will just have to pay these made up late charges or else. How ridiculous, why would I just give them free money for nothing lol. Not to mention the products I did receive from this company was very horrible and bad tasting. Never again will i do business with a "scam & terrible" company as this one.

These cookies were hard as stone, tasteless and stale. First time I have received an unsatisfactory product from Figis, but there's always a first time. I will never order bake goods again.

I received a cake today fro Figis. It was in pretty good condition, and tasted alright (minus it being kinda soggy and overly sweet), but there was no sender on the box at all... There's no special occasions or anything, so it wouldn't be very likely that a friend sent it. I don't think it was laced with anything because it was sealed and packaged. Still, a little bit weird that Figis would either give people cakes at random, or give senders the option to send a cake anonymously

I ordered the raspberry and cinnamon twist they are nasty! There was no taste very doughy and no filling! Waste of my hard earned money!

Do yourselves a favor and don't even consider ordering from this company. They get just about everything wrong: They got my name (the purchaser) wrong, the names of the gift recipients wrong, inquiries from me were not answered, and, to top it all off, although I paid for all my purchases by credit card, I subsequently received a bill, as if I hadn't paid at all. I don't know if they're crooks or just plain stupid, but I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy (or maybe I would).

I ordered a Religious candle with a LeD light for my friend's 100th Birthday. I ordered it in plenty of time, received it, and decided a week before the party to put in batteries. It did not work! I called and explained the situation and that I would order another one but needed it for the party (in a week). The response was that I'd have to pay the extra charge. I asked the Agent to speak with her supervisor since it was not my fault. The answer can back NO, I would have to pay. I was extremely polite but told her that this was my first purchase from Figi's and it will be my last. This company needs to understand that for a $10 bill it was foolish to loose a customer. Moral: YOU NEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION! Buyer beware, customer service is VERY inflexible and definitely should drop the word "service".

We received a gift from a relative that we believe was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it came with a Valentine's sticker on it. What happened? Also, we were disappointed with the contents. We were going to use the cheese and sausage for guests that were coming to visit, but it wasn't enough for even two people sparingly! Less packaging and more contents - we know that any of these are not inexpensive for the gift-giver. Not good!!

The fruitcake was dry, and fell apart when cut. The fruit tasted old, and had a moldy smell. The double chocolate cashew, and pecans. The nuts were to small to have that much choclatenon them. Pecans were not plump and looked old. The only decent one of my order was the cocoanut, but they were not soft. I am very disappointed and will not recommend birchland to anyone or fugi. I ordered from Figis in 2015 and paid off my order on schedule. In 2016, I was receiving catalogs saying I could order up to $700 and pay $35 a month. I made an order for $99 and it was fulfilled. A couple weeks later I tried to make another order for some people I'd decided to buy Christmas gifts for. The order was for $75. I thought the gifts had been sent. I was waiting to hear from the people. And I got a letter mailed to me from Figis saying that my credit report said that I had requested notification before ordering things on credit. Called Figis and spoke with them and they said they had everything cleared up and were going to send the gifts. I waited a couple more weeks and still no gift. I got another letter in the mail (in spite of the fact that they had both my phone number and my email address) saying that they had decided not to fulfill my order because of questions of fraud?! And also it said both that I had too many revolving accounts and not enough revolving accounts. Hmm. So at Christmas time, they don't send out things I ordered, and wait for weeks to inform me of this fact by letter. I told them never to send me another catalog from ANY of their affiliates because, why would I ever believe their offer of credit again?! It's insane. And they keep sending me their stupid catalogs.

The order was placed early December and it arrived the first week of January. A bill arrived before the items did. Poor customer service. I would hesitate to order from them again.

Purchased gifts for holidays on December 10. That is correct, December 10...shipping to arrive to customers on December 20. Went to website on Dec 20 to confirm delivery. No order to be found - although I have hard copies of complete transaction. The told me that their new system had somehow "lost" the order. Called them back, no way to send on time...they then would reduce the cost on shipping to assist their mistake. Original order was for 127.92...they could now deliver the same product order LATE for only 238.91. Made numerous phone calls, faxed information, all to be LIED to about correcting the order, hung up on or refusing to take call (both customer service and management), no return calls when requested...now receiving multiple invoices (3) all for different amounts in the mail...receiving multiple invoices on email too. They have charged my cc also. This is the worst company that I have ever experienced in all of my years in the doing business in the gift industry. Look at the reviews! Just remember - fun, easy, and rewarding...satisfaction guaranteed - we promise! THIS IS A FUNNY JOKE FROM THEIR WEBSITE CLAIMS.

We ordered by calling telemarking number from the catalog. The person we spoke with did not know product and did not take the order properly. We ordered to send to a client before Christmas. After Christmas we received a letter stating that there was missing information. The client received only part of the order with no card. The rest of the order is on back order. We only found this out from the shipping confirmation e-mail. Very embarrassing! We will not order from this company again!!

got a gift tin with nuts, today in the mail. Didn't say who it was from, but had a small card that said to go on line to review. I sample tasted, and the nuts were very good. Loved the variety, and the nice "tin" container. I assume I was picked at random for this delivery, since it didn't have any "sender" information.
