Wow, I was not expecting such great customer service. I called to ask about a monitor and Nikkita and Sophie were really helpful and rapidly organised a replacement device under warranty even though I did not know that it was still covered. So rare to find such great service these days.

Great customer service! When one of my smoke alarms stopped working 2 years into its 10 year lifespan, they were quick to respond with troubleshooting advice, before then issuing a replacement device without hesitation.

Contacted Fire Angel as my Carbon Monoxide Alarm stopped working after 2yrs of purchase. In less than 24 hrs of contacting them, Nikkita responded saying they would be sending out a replacement alarm free of charge. Couldn’t ask for better service. Have always bought Fire Angel products and will continue to do so, especially with such excellent customer support.
I bought a FireAngel smoke detector over 4 years ago. On doing my regular checks I found that it was not working. I got excellent service when I contacted customer services. Martin, in their team was extremely helpful. He was able to provide me with clear directions in order to resolve the issue. However, as it could not be resolved and that the alarm was still under warranty Martin promptly sent a replacement.

I bought around 40 smoke and Carbon Monoxide 10 Year alarms by Fireangel over a number of years for some rental properties, my own property and family members properties over a few years. I have had MORE than 20 out of 40 units fail at well under the 10 years they advertise. Units start chirping so the battery is knackered. Latest on is 2031 replace by unit. Fitted at my mother in laws house in 2022, it failed and setting off false smoke alarms during 2024 and I had to take it out of the house and replace with something else. She was given the receipt in 2022 but at 86 years old is unable to find it. She said probably threw it away if it was more than a year old. I have not even contacted Fireangel helpline as they will just tell me to go away. They will say "Sorry we are unable to help you this time". Thats 20+ times they have been unable to help. 1. FIREANGEL Help Desk = A scam to tell customers they cannot help (am I trying to scam them? NO. But their products do not function like they say - it is dangerous never mind anything else. 2. FIREANGEL 10 year batteries DO NOT EVER last 10 years. This is false advertising and should be a case for trading standards. They always start 'chirping' due to low battery within the 4 to 6 year mark. 3. So Many Fireangel products I have bought have FAILED, giving flase alarms or other error codes. They are not robust. All Fireangel can do is run away from problems. Worst scamming company ever... sue me if you like. I have replaced all of your failed alarms at considerable cost - with different branded items as I have ZERO trust in anything fireangel now. I'm probably £500+ out of pocket now and Fireangel have repeatedly told me to jog on. BE WARNED THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!

I was claiming for a faulty smoke alarm for one of my customers. Communication was prompt and a replacement was agreed when trouble shooting didn't solve the problem. Alan and Sam dealt with it very efficiently.
Our Fireangel smoke alarm developed a fault - randomly activating for no reason. I spoke with Ravi who actioned this immediately. I then received an email acknowledgement from Sam, who confirmed that a replacement had been ordered. I received my replacement within 10 working days. Excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend, thank you.

Approached FireAngel yesterday with regard to a smoke alarm that appeared to be malfunctioning. Sam dealt with the issue promptly and efficiently and today I heard from Nikkita that a replacement had already been ordered and was on its way. Really impressed with the level of customer service and the friendliness and efficiency of these two staff. Thank you!
