Thanks to Nikki and Alan for speedy service! Fireangel have honoured their 7 year guarantee on a sealed CO monitor purchased 5 years ago. The replacement one comes with a 10 year battery but a 5 year warranty. (FA3820-EU) (Luckily I wrote the invoice ref and date of install on the original alarm so could easily find my receipt)

After sales support is excellent. I bought a pair of replacement smoke alarms with 10 year battery but one failed after a few months. (It can happen). A simple call to Fireangel and they sent a replacement out. Really easy and very friendly.

Quick response on phone, simple process to arrange replacement smoke head under warranty, no argument, Nicki and Sam great service great Angels. Thank you. Keep your receipts and if smoke head with ten year battery warranty fails early ( 3years out) Fire Angel will replace no hassle. Love it !!

As as others have said, if you buy Fire Angel products, you can only claim warranty if you buy directly from them or Wickes, Screwfix or B&Q. With many of their items being 5-10 year warranties, not many people would keep a receipt for that long! However there is no warranty information on their website to inform customers before hiring a contractor or electrician when doing your project. Note: If your contractor, builder or electrician installs any of their products, you will not be covered in their warranty unless you have the receipt from them. Which no one asks their contractor or electrician for a receipt.

I contacted customer service due to having an issue setting up my gateway, I got a quick response from Sophie who was really helpful, she gave me some problem solving issues to try and managed to fix my problem.

Fantastic customer service from both Nicki and Sophie who couldn't have been more helpful and supportive when our smoke alarm stopped working - brilliant ambassadors for an excellent company that has implemented a market leading customer service policy. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Terrible customer support. 2017 - I purchased brand new FireAngel smoke detectors from eBay. 2020 - they fail and become faulty. I contacted customer services who replaced them for me under warranty. 2025 - one of the detectors fails again. I contact customer services who says unfortunately because i purchased them from eBay and it’s not a reputable company and I won’t be able to claim under warranty. I asked them why was it able to be covered in warranty back in 2020 and they said it was a mistake. Strange practice because the precedent has been set. Records are there. If I were you, I wouldn’t trust their warranty by any means! Scam company!!! They failing to honour a warranty when they did before is very shady, sneaky and against trading standards and consumer rights

We had a kitchen and utility room extension done 4 years ago. The electrician for the work installed hardwired integrated Smoke SW1 and Heat HW1 detectors in our kitchen, hall, utility and dining room; the replacement date for all is Oct 2029. Today the dining room chirped and after replacing the battery with a brand new Duracell (tried two in fact), the problem continued. When I called Fireangel Help they suggested that a new HW1 was required however they needed to see a copy of the receipt for the SW and HW's from when the contractor purchased them in 2020. Explained that we didn't have contractor receipts from 2020 but did have 4 Fire Angel units in our house (photos available), they rejected any suggestion to replace the one faulty HW1 even though under warranty and 6 years before replacement date. Don't expect any effort from FireAngel to help resolve their faulty product unless you ensure your contractor gives you receipts for every product they have installed to your project - especially safety detectors. Thanks for responding FireAngel but doesn’t change anything! It just serves to reaffirm that end users and customers make sure that they get the product receipt from the contractor and hold for years as the policy states, without that, nothing will be done to help.

I have 8 devices ( alarms ) and a Gateway on my Fire Angel system . Customer service is brilliant. Replacement being sent for 3 year old faulty heat alarm. Sophie and Nickie were very helpful in the Customer Service Team

Over the years I have had-several Fireangel products including carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors. They are well-made and are attractive to look at.In this single event of the failure of a smoke detector. The manufacturer dealt with my problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

Customer service issued a replacement as the alarm was faulty. Communication was so easy through the website and the response was very quick. I am very surprised how great the service is

One of my smoke alarms developed a fault, I emailed the customer support team for help and Martin replied straight away. Martin apologised for the problem with my alarm and informed me a replacement would be sent within 5-7 days, true to his word my new smoke alarm arrived today. Excellent customer service.

I had an alarm falsely activating, I contacted Fire angel where I was put in touch with Nikkita, they helped me identify which alarm was at fault and sent out a free replacement within the same week.

My Carbon Monoxide alarm was malfunctioning after less than the 10 year battery life. I called and spoke to Sophie, she was extremely helpful and pragmatic talking me through confirming the fault and re-setting the rest of my linked alarms. Taking a few details then posting a replacement for the faulty alarm. Really good level of service from Sophie and the team.
