I suffered a faulty CO2 detector and contacted Fireangel by e-mail. They were helpful, understanding, sorry and replaced the item immediately.
Had an issue in one of our properties that had Fireangel alarm going off randomly. Contacted customer support and Sam sorted our issue out quickly with easy to follow instructions.

Purchased to interlinked smoke detectors apparently battery's have Ten year life span both alarms failed within 6 years, fire angel were not interested in replacing them, never buy any fire angel product again.
