The customer service was excellent. I never write reviews but sometimes when service is extraordinary, it’s worthy of a mention, this was the case in this instance. Well done to FireAngel and the team that pick up the phone (it was a real person and not a chatbot!)
I went to the bother of keeping the packaging and receipt for the combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarm SCB10-R. The impressive part of this model is the fact that it states in a large font on the packaging “10 year battery” but don’t be mislead. My battery ran out after 5 years but Fireangel stuck rigidly to the 3year warranty. I think the packaging is deliberately misleading and told them so please people take extra care. 3 years are more important than 10!!!
What a wonderful agent, he sorted out my problem within 3minutes, I told him I had previously rang 1 week prior and the other agent hadn’t a clue, and this is the truth, they gave me a phone number to phone which was always not available, I phoned back this morning Ravi sorts the problem within minutes, it’s hard to find good staff like this, I hope this review gets picked up by his employees Lucky 🍀 them, thanks Ravi your a real gentleman.

Great customer service when I had an issue with my alarm showing a fault and sent me out a replacement
I rang FireAngel because our CO alarm wouldn't stop beeping. The phone was answered immediately by Carol who recognised the model from the sound of the beep (!) and explained how to turn it off and how to obtain a replacement alarm without payment as ours was still within the warranty period. She could not have been more helpful.

Great service from Alan and Carol. Without any fuss whatsoever they sent out a replacement CO2 alarm under warranty. I recommend them very highly.
I bought a FireAngel CO monitor in 2020. Last week, it started beeping as if its battery had expired, even though it was supposed to last for 7 years. The battery isn't replaceable. I contacted the company through their website and explained. I had an email from Sam the following morning apologizing for the bother and saying she would have a new monitor sent to me. It arrived by post on Saturday, so I was only in danger of intoxication for a couple of days. Really good work!
I had an issue with a FireAngel product having bought it via a 3rd party (had worked fine for over a year) and contacted FireAngel. The issue was dealt with swiftly and without fuss and a replacement product was ordered for me. The service provided by Sam, Sophie, and Alan was excellent

Bought 2 smoke alarms on the recommendation of Which? Unfortunately one was faulty but I had such brilliant customer service from Nikkita who got back to me the same day I enquired and immediately sent a replacement. Just wish all companies had a Nikkita!

I have nine fire angel alarms interconnected in a holiday let I own. One of them started chirping and displaying a fault code. Spoke to Sam and Erica at Fire Angel customer support and they promptly arranged a replacement under warrantee, very helpful and speedy response. Thankyou.
