I purchased an ST622 sealed battery smoke alarm in 2018. This has a 10 year life and has worked perfectly until recently,when I have been having a low battery warnings. I contacted FireAngel with proof of purchase and was sent a replacement unit within days. What fantastic customer service and rest assured,I will be replacing my other safety products,with those from FireAngel.

After a couple of years one of my fire alarms went faulty. I contacted fire angel via there live video chat I spoke to a agent called Nikkita she talk ne though the process of getting my replacement alarm. SHE was very Helpful.

Mine was a relatively complicated enquiry in that it involved an admission that I had most likely breached the warranty but Sam took into account that my breaking of the seal of the device had happened on Christmas Eve night when no technical support was available and the bloody things were beeping away twice every minute (they ended up in a bucket in the shed!) - and agreed to replace the unit I hadn’t actually damaged… This exchange could have got confrontational but Sam’s open attitude helped avoid that (as did I by fessing up early doors !). Nikita was also most helpful in moving the process along. Well done both !

Thoroughly recommend Fireguard products for their quality and excellent Customer Support handling on the rare occasions that things go wrong. I had bought 3 CO alarms in 2019 and one developed a fault just recently (Jan 2025). From initially reporting the issue I was very pleased to receive a response and a resolution (replacement alarm to be sent) within 2 days. Huge thanks to Sophie and Alan who were both very swift and professional with their responses and resolution.
I posted a faulty carbon monoxide detector back to Fireangel last October. I contacted them today Jan 6th 2025 to be told they are no longer receiving post. They completely refused to help me in any shape or form. Would not use this Company again

Purchased fire alarm, supposedly with a 10 year battery. This morning, alarm started beeping continuously, only way to stop was to remove battery, rendering alarm useless.
