Unfortunately one of my Fireangel products experienced a fault, but in less than 1 hour from my initial email a replacement was in the post!! Exceptional service from both Sam & Madjid, thanks guys.

I spoke to both Nikkita and Madjid who resolved my problem very efficiently. I’m very pleased with outcome. I have been using FireAngel for many years and highly recommend them.

On contacting FireAngel following the discovery that one of a pair of smoke alarms was faulty, after providing proof of purchase from a third party, FireAngel agreed very quickly to replace the faulty unit. The FREE replacement arrived within a week, and the problem was resolved very quickly, thank you!

Whilst I was frustrated to be using the Fire Angel help desk due to another failure of my Smoke Alarm, the way that I was dealt with was very professional. After the alarm failed, I sent 4 pictures of it in situ along with pictures of the front, back & a more detailed imaged of it's batch number & date, I was advised that a replacement alarm would be sent to me within 5 to 7 days. This was in response to my email that I submitted less than 12 hours ago. Excellent customer service & the reason I always purchase Fire Angel alarms who 100% stand behind their alarms; very few other companies do this & it's a fantastic advert. Here's hoping the replacement lasts longer than 2 years.

My Associate, Sophie was verry helpful and managed to help me get my replacement alarm. I appreciate her help and efforts, and she is helping to keep houses like mine safe with working alarms. Keep up the good work Sophie

I had a prompt reply from Sam which was both helpful and courteous. When the issue was not resolved by his suggestion, I was very happy when he said he would send me a new smoke alarm.

The person I spoke to, Sam, was very helpful. She was patient in listening to me relate the problem I had and then very clearly and concisely talked me through what I had to do to isolate the faulty alarm. Sam was clearly very well versed in the products and knew exactly what to do and how to explain it. A thoroughly uplifting experience compared with most phone in help lines!

Had a problem with a heat alarm, contacted fireangel by email. Told them the problem and provided purchase details and they sent a new one out straight away. Very good service from Nicki and Madjid thank you.

Third smoke detector to fail within two years. This time I made a complaint to Fire angel but they won't replace the unit unless I could produce the receipt which I couldn't as it was bought in B&Q two years ago and I don't keep stuff for this long. I won't buy from them again because I feel that the units definatly don't last for any longer than 2 years.

Contacted customer services one week ago using the website form and have had no response. Faulty CO detector left us with mains gas disconnected until British Gas could check everything over and give the all clear. Both SGN and British Gas found no faults with gas appliances and deemed the alarm to be faulty. Alarm was only bought in November 2025.

After an initial call to Fireangel and as I hadn’t received any response after a week I tried again. I received an almost immediate reply from Sam in customer support who saw my enquiry through to a satisfactory conclusion. Great service.

Had problem with my 2 year old carbon monoxide alarm ( CO- 9B ) . Sophie in customer support was fantastic dealing with a replacement. Excellent service. Highly recommend

Had a smoke alarm that stopped working within 2 years even though it says it should last 10. Emailed them with a copy of my receipt and Sam replied within 24 hours and has arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately.
