I contacted Fireangel because the smoke alarms I had were bleeping at regular intervals i.e the batteries were going and were Fireangel ones. Nikkita got back to me very quickly, and once I’d sent a photo of the alarms and confirmed my address she immediately ordered me 2 new alarms and let me know they’re on their way. Fabulous service, thanks Nikkita 😊
An excellent start to my telephone call to Fireangel was having it answered immediately and by someone within Britain. Although customer advisers based abroad probably need the work much more than those here, strong unfamiliar accents can make conversations difficult and embarrassing to both parties. Sam dealt with my query as to why my FA3028 carbon monoxide alarm, installed by British Gas, was emitting double bleeps, in a knowledgeable, clear and friendly way. She explained it was not just a spent battery, as I had assumed, but a failed unit. Since I didn't have a proper double pin to switch it off, she told me how to try a paperclip, and when that didn't work how to prise the lid off and disconnect it. She ordered a replacement for me. Thank you Sam and thank you Fireangel.

The FireAngel smoke alarm purchased via Amazon was faulty after 2 1/2 years. Contacted FireAngel (Sam) who advised to contact Amazon as the alarm had a 5 year warranty. Contacted Amazon who advised that they only honored the warranty for 2 years. Recontacted Sam @ FireAngel who agreed to honor the warranty of 5 years and would arrange a replacement alarm to be sent to a UK address as they could not post to the Channel Islands. Poor customer service from Amazon, good from Sam (FireAngel)
Absolutely useless customer service. I rang to explain that my fire smoke alarm failed, model SB1 batch number 20502. I didn't want a refund or replacement as I already replace the faulty item . Lady on phone wasn't interested at all , only told me to get in touch with Amazon which I did only to be told to contact Fire Angel customer service. The item was covered with a 3 year warranty. The main problem I had was it was going off when I wasn't in and our neighbour was so worried they contact me at work I had to travel home only to find it was a faulty item. Don't bother with Fire Angel as I feel they are a very cheap product made in China rubbish. Better ones out there and you need to train your staff in customer service.
We reported a faulty smoke alarm sensor to FireAngel and Carol dealt with the problem very quickly, they are sending us a new smoke alarm without any issues - and we were delighted with FireAngel's response!

I take safety extremely seriously. When I spoke to Sam regarding my smoke alarm alarming for no apparent reason, she dealt with my concerns without being patronising in any way. Sam checked that I had done all the checks first and without question, sorted out a replacement alarm. Thank you.

I queried a fault with a smoke alarm that had malfunctioned after only 5 years, but unfortunately, without a receipt, I knew I would probably have little success. This proved to be the case, but when I explained that the fire service had fitted it, as part of their neighbourhood service for the elderly, the customer support agent, Sam, was happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent straight away. Many thanks.
My smoke alarm kept going off after 19 months. I emailed Fire Angel and wasn’t expecting a quick response as it was nearly Christmas but Nikkita was very quick in responding. She gave me advice on what to do and said she would replace the unit if it didn’t work but fortunately it has. Very pleased with their Customer Service.
