Very poor products and diabolical customer service. We had two FireAngel FA6620 alarms fitted just over a year ago. One started giving false alarms almost straight away so we had to take it down. The other has now gone off twice in the past week, so for the neighbours sake, we have had to also take that down. Fire Angel don't want to know, even though we have given them Batch Numbers and the replacement date of 2033, they have said we have to purchase new products. To replace the alarms we have to provide both Proof of Purchase and Proof of Fitting, which we can't supply as the handyman who supplied and fitted them has gone out of business. So now we have no working Smoke alarms, and certainly aren't going to buy anymore if this is standard industry practice. We are awaiting advice from the local fire service. We have vacuumed the alarms monthly, and our home isn't damp. Although Fire Angel are based in Coventry, the alarms are made in China.
Great customer service very quick. Didn't take long to get a replacement alarm. Warranty is great for products!

I have been using fire angel products for 10 years and are very good and reliable, I've had a few free replacements when the product became faulty and there's never an issue, they have a great team of people at customer services, always friendly and knowledgeable.
Carol was very helpful and knowledgeable, diagnosing the fault very quickly whilst we were on the phone. She also clearly explained my options to obtain a replacement.
Made contact to explain two 7 year old smoke alarms were malfunctioning- one was going off despite no smoke around, the other appeared to have a flat battery. Wanted them to know so they could look into the issue. FireAngel soon replied and immediately offered and sent two replacements. Units were received and installed. My fire alarm was sporadically activating on its own accord. I visited screwfix who informed me it was out of warranty but there is a 5 year guarantee that FireAngel offer. I completed the simple online form detailing the trouble shooting I had performed. I received a confirmation email that a replacement would be ordered and delivered within 7 days. This was simple, efficient and successful warranty claim, something that’s very unusual with companies. Great service and I’ll be sure to use FireAngel for all future products I require as that response and service is worth it for piece of mind.
A 20 minute wait as I was No.5 in the queue, but once I got through to Nikitta and Alan the process was efficient and my problem of a faulty alarm dealt with in a satisfactory manner. Alan was professional and polite during our conversation.
