In received a very polite email apologising for the delay in replying to my message. A replacement alarm is being sent out to me, which I appreciate.

Product died in under 4 years,despite having a 10 year battery. Explained situation to Carol and Ravi on customer support. They were understanding and have sent a replacement product. Can't ask for better service than that.
Nikkita and Alan have made it very easy to replace a faulty detector under warranty, Alan was very polite and professional on the phone stating clearly and precisely the actions I was required to take. Nikkita has been polite and courteous with a responding email detailing exactly what is happening with the replacement.

Fire alarms are intended to be functional and keep all safe. When faulty instead of issuing immediate replacement via store where purchased this company takes weeks to respond to proof of purchase via emails and eventually emails that Royal Mail will deliver within 10 further days. These alarms are toxic and dangerous for the postal workers. I was advised to return the dud alarm to local refuse where equally hazardous for staff to process. I feel sorry for Sam & Nikkita having to deal with this system of overwhelming volume of alarm returns instead of the warranty being handled on their behalf by local stores as normal with guarantees.

We have a Fire Angel alarm which was losing battery. I contacted Fire Angel about it and Nikkita from their company followed up very quickly to help with this and arranged for a replacement to be sent to us. Thank you Nikkita and Fire Angel. Excellent customer service!

Responded by Nikkita to my request for advice for a faulty smoke alarm. Informed via email by Sam that a replacement is being shipped by Royal Mail to my home address.
Problem (non working smoke alarm) sorted quite quickly and without too much fuss! Thanks to Nikkita (for sending out the replacement) and Alan (for the advice).
This is the second time I have contacted Fire Angel for advice and support over a period of two years and I have always found the company very helpful. My initial contact was with Sophie who was very professional and addressed my concerns fully. I then received an email from Nikita explaining that the issue with my smoke alarm will be resolved by sending me a replacement unit. In these days of tight commercial constraints it is very reassuring to find a company like Fire Angel who provide a full customer service.
When I rang fireangel about a problem I had with my smoke alarm the assistance I got from the two C/A’s Nikita and Sophie was second to none. Right from the beginning nothing was too much trouble,talking me through any trouble shooting, what to do next until the diagnosis was a faulty alarm. Fire Angel were great because they listened to me, understood me and went about there solution in a professional and business like way. I was emailed by Nikkita and Sam. 2 alarms were male functioning and we're still under warranty. I cleaned them as per instruction but still they went off. Nikkita said she would send me new replacements which she has done and both are working well.
Basically the attitude of the representative Madjid and Nikkita who handled the whole transaction in a professional manner. I sent the required documentation and the smoke detector was dispatched with no fuss or bother.
