Brilliant response when I phoned about a faulty alarm, which was replaced quickly and without fuss. Sophie and Nikkita were polite, understanding and helpful.
Terrible service for a warranty product that should provide savings the home for 5 years... Will not use again

Alan answered my initial call. He was friendly and professional. He advised me how I could deactivate the alarm and supplied the relevant information needed to gain a replacement alarm. After sending the relevant information via email, Nicki answered via email the next working day. The email stated that a replacement alarm was being supplied and to allow 5 working days for delivery. Faultless service. Thank you.

Poor customer service Have 2 x 1 year old mains smoke detectors and one stopped working due to a faulty connection in the mains lead that plugs onto the detector. Customer support say they are not able to send out one of these plugs which must cost pennies to make and therefore a fully working smoke detector goes to landfill. Hardly something that warrants a proof of purchase from 12 months ago. A poor response to a legitimate request. Would have paid for a replacement part but was told that it was not possible to even to supply the part required.
Sam & Nicki resolved my issue with a faulty carbon monoxide detector, quickly and efficiently. Makes a change nowadays to deal with a company/customer service agents who still provide great customer service.
Excellent customer service. The Heat alarm was beeping on its own will. Emailed FireAngel customer support with issue as it was covered under 5-year warranty. They asked for proof of purchase, which I sent. Nikkita and Sophie were amazing, they investigated the issue and organised the replacement alarm. Fantastic service !!!
It is not very often that a company these days is so thoughtful and efficient. Initially I spoke with Sam who dealt with my query quickly and she even sent me a picture of how to disable the alarm. I then spoke with Madjid who was equally efficient. They were both a pleasure to talk to. I keep praising the company to my friends. Many thanks.

Great service from Nikkita ! Replacement fire alarm arrived as described and now installed.
What a lovely company to deal with. I had a warranty issue with a Carbon Monoxide alarm. After FireAngel had received my details I spoke to Alan James who sorted everything out there and then and told me that the new one would be in the post. Sure enough the new one was received about a week later. It’s good to know that some companies still care about their customers.
Smoke alarm only lasted a couple of years, but Fireangel (Nikkita) were able to quickly replace, with no fuss. So, still a happy customer.
Both Nicki and Ravi both kept me up-dated by email 🙂
Although the initial response from FireAngel was a bit slow, once all details had been provided Nikkita (customer support) dealt with the request quickly and efficiently
I called and spoke with Sam regarding a battery issue with a product well within warranty. She was very apologetic and efficiently arranged for a replacement with minimal fuss. Thank you Sam!
