I called regarding a warranty issue with a fire alarm. I spoke with Sam who was extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient. Everything was resolved with no quibbling and a replacement item was ordered in less than 2 hours. Excellent service

I spoke to a lady I think her name was Erica, I had a problem with a smoke alarm. After explaining the overall problem both my wife and myself experienced,she very kindly apologized for our inconvenience and today we received a replacement smoke alarm . Erica was very understanding and a pleasure to speak too. Thank you.

Had to contact customer services to have my smoke detectors replaced under warranty. Both Nicki and Sam dealt with me and made me feel a valued customer and were prompt in their replies with a professional and polite manner. Thank you both and FireAngel.

I had a smoke alarm which went faulty after 1yr but thanks to the lady Nikkita at customer services in the warranty department she arranged for a replacement to be sent out within 7days.

I've had several FireAngel Connected Pro devices installed in my home for a few years now and enjoyed the protection and peace of mind that they provide. It's an excellent system, which covers my whole house, communicating wirelessly even through thick stone walls. Recently, one of my CO alarms developed a faulty sensor, which the app swiftly alerted me to. The warning cleared soon after though, and I put it down to a glitch. However, over the next few weeks, I received multiple false alarms, triggered by this device. I called the FireAngel telephone Customer Support Team, who provided me with an email address to contact and report the matter. I received a swift reply from Nikkita, informing me that a replacement device was in the post and should be with me soon - excellent service. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the courier of the replacement device but, when I emailed again after several days, the team once again acted swiftly to send another replacement, which did arrive. Nikkita remained on hand to ensure that all was well with commissioning of the new device and provide further support to remove the faulty item from my system. This fully resolved the issue. Overall, this was excellent customer service from FireAngel, especially Nikkita and Nicki who dealt with me directly. Aside from the issue with delivery of the initial replacement item, which appeared to have been a fault at the courier's end, I'm happy with the service I received. I think the Connected Pro system is excellent and, although we always hope such things never develop a fault, it's often only when things do go wrong that we get to know how a company treats its customers beyond the sale. Based on both the products and service, I would certainly recommend FireAngel.

Prise en charge immédiate par Madjid, qui a très vite compris et constaté le problème, et a proposé un produit de remplacement. Il a pris le temps de m'expliquer et de me guider dans ma démarche. L'appareil de remplacement a en effet été reçu ce jour, le 19/11/2024.

One of my smoke alarms failed at just under 2 years. I rang customer service and was asked to do some checks on the alarm but it still failed. I was therfore sent a replacement. I would like to thank Nikkita and Sophie for responding in a professional but friendly manner.

Contacted this company re a faulty product back in October, sent all the pictures and information they requested. advised a replacement would be sent by Royal Mail 5-7 days, still no replacement first week in November. Phoned them to be advised leave it till Monday and if still not delivered give us a call back. Called back Thursday 14th November to be advised by Nicky that i need to contact Royal Mail to establish where my package is. Under no circumstances will i be chasing another company for a parcel you sent me. Your customer service is beyond pathetic. Every time i make any contact with this company something goes wrong. If you are considering buying any Fire Angel product don't its really that simple. Contacted royal mail they advise to check there web site:- 1st Class (incl Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class, Royal Mail 24®, 1st Class Parcels) We aim to deliver by the next working day. (Please add an extra working day if there's a Redirection in place.) Exceptions and what's classed as a working day differ for each service. See Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class and 1st Class Parcels for more details. If the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 10 working days the sender might be able to claim for compensation. Check eligibility on our Claims Centre. (Please note, early claims cannot be processed.) If you’re the recipient please contact the sender. They will contact us to make enquiries on your behalf. Im the recipient. YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THEM!!

Had a faulty item late on in its warranty but Sam at Fire Angel sorted a replacement in double quick time after the obligatory purchase invoice submission. You can’t go wrong with that sort of service.

From the first call I made to FireAngel nothing was too much trouble for their representative, Sam. Amazingly the replacement unit arrived less than a week from the first call. It is installed and working. A good result!
