This ‘thing’ and that me being nice has woken me up again for no gd reason, didnt go off the other day when I burn my pizza in the oven (I mean smoke every where), Ive tried cleaning it, changing the battery, the location its in, pathetic and dangerous device if it goes off when it pleases! I moved it to the kitchen recently and when did go off just now I thought it was a lorry backing up as I live on a high street, had enough its going in the nearest bin I can safely dispose of this unsafe POS

☝️THIS star rating I gave SHOULD BE 1‼️ I used the higher star so my review came to the top of the list and NOT fall into the 1⭐️ reviews and consequently never read by potential customers. ‼️‼️‼️DO NOT BUY ‼️‼️‼️ 7 units purchased ALL faulty (randomly going off with no cause). I’ve read the other 1star reviews on here 😡😡😡 - I suggest customers do the same before purchasing from this company ESPECIALLY as your family’s life depends on it ‼️ Even the higher star ratings are from customers reporting FAULTY UNITS that have been replaced, so their star are for the ease of that (as long as you kept the receipt). My point is, THEY’RE FAULTY 🤷♀️ FYI - Which? has now branded the two alarms 'Don't Buys' and has passed its findings on to Trading Standards.
I had a combination alarm which malfunctioned after 18 months or so and Nikkita arranged for a replacement to be sent which arrived today. Very prompt customer service. Well done!!
Sam was fantastic. He sorted it my issue with very little fuss. My 10 year smoke alarm", died" before it's expected shelf life. Promptly replaced and new one ordered arriving via royal mail in 7-10 days. Great service!

Contacted FireAngel Technical Support regarding a smoke alarm which I have had for nearly 2 years. Majed was very understanding and asked questions to determine whether or not the alarm was faulty. When I explained the chirping and flashing patterns the alarm was emitting it was agreed that the alarm was faulty. Majed clearly explained what I needed to do to get a replacement. Once I had emailed the required information, I received a prompt response from Nicki confirming that a replacement would be posted. Excellent customer service.
when my fire |Alarm failed to work after less than a year, Sam & Alan were very helpful in solving the issue and I'm awaiting the replacement alarm! Just shows it is worth keeping receipt's!

Nov 13,2024We had an issue with one of our smoke detectors and had to contact Fire Angel. After a couple of emails they’ve now sent us a replacement alarm out. Thank you Sam & Nikkita
