Oct 25,2024Forget these alarms!! Might have a 10 year guarantee but they won’t honour it unless you keep the receipt for that long? So no way of changing the battery so throw away world! They ve changed their policy as they use to replace and take the serial number off the back and could date when made and send out replacement now not interested so do yourself a favour buy an alarm which you can replace the battery

Their response was timely and was really appreciated, as I did not know what to expect but the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently. Can’t thank them enough! AH

Oct 24,2024I have used fire angel alarms for many years and have fitting a lot of them. But from time to time they do go faulty, when this has happened their support team are always on hand to help and send out replacement unit without question.

Oct 23,2024Purchased Smoke Detectors (x5) from a On-line retailer which stated 10yr Sealed Battery. After 3yrs - x1 started 'Beeping' which was not a Battery Issue - Wrote to On-line supplier (As within 5yr Warranty) - not interested, refer to Manufacturer! Sent email to FireAngel (Alan & Nikkita) replied very quickly - checking Batch No, will send out replacement & should arrive within 7days! Cannot Thank them enough for their help.

Oct 22,2024Submitted online form as smoke alarm purchased 5 years ago started false alarming; cleaning it did not resolve the problem. Just had to send proof of purchase and a free replacement is winging its way to me. Great customer service from Sam and Nikkita.

Oct 21,2024Great work by Sophie and the team at Fireangel. We had an issue with a carbon monoxide alarm, contacted Fireangel and sent a copy of the original purchase receipt and they have replaced the alarm under warranty. That is what we call great service.
