I bought a couple of these smoke alarms from Amazon in July 2024. Recently, one ceased to work, ie, there was no sound when pressing the ‘test’ button, which led me to doubt whether it would work in case of fire. When I discovered that it was not a case of dealing with Amazon to return it, but FireAngel themselves, I groaned inwardly. Surely it would be a major palaver, with to-and-fro emails for weeks with suggestions on what to try to make it work………. But no. I sent them an email which was replied to by Nicki. Send me proof of purchase, she said. So I did and a few hours later she wrote back to say that a new alarm was on its way. Brilliant. Thanks Nicki, you’re a star.
Sam was our call handler. She was very patient when helping us. She explained everything clearly, and was very helpful. Excellent customer service.
The Representative Sam was very helpful and polite when I contacted in regards to a problem with the Fire Alarm. Sam listened to my explanation in regards to the problem and then she advised what I needed to do. I followed the advise and upstairs fire alarm problem is now resolved. Further the downstairs alarm that was " chirping ' is to be replaced (being sent in the post) Sam very professional throughout thank you Sam. Sam was very professional
Nicki and Madjid were really helpful and sorted out my problem straight away. They were flexible and understanding about the fact that my landlord had bought the original smoke alarm and found a convenient way to resolve this.
We had a Carbon Monoxide alarm with a low battery alert and a change date of January 2026, I contacted Nikita and latterly Sam, supplied all the required data and 6 days later a new alarm arrived in the post free of charge. I was kept informed throughout. I then received another request for information that had already been supplied, this was sorted out by Nikkita with minimum input from me. Great Service from both Nikkita and Sam, they are a credit to your organisation.
Just had my 2 smoke alarms replaced by FireAngel as they were both under warranty. Still had 3 years to run. Fortunately I had the invoices from 2017. The replacements were sent out promptly within in a few days. Thankyou

Seem to try everything not to replace . Wanted proof of purchase, not duff alarm returned . Supplied serial number-Not good enough. Photo of invoice ( kindly provided by Screwfix) can’t be read apparently. Won’t be buying any Fire angel products in future.
Had a problem with a CO detector (purchased on Amazon in March 2022). Since they offer an impressive 7 year warranty, they are sending me a replacement. Madjid was excellent at facilitating this issue.

Super Kundenservice! Einer meiner Rauchmelder, welcher 10 Jahre funktionieren sollte, hat jetzt bereits nach 8 Jahren angezeigt, dass die Batterie zu Neige geht. Nachdem ich am 16.02.2025 per Mail an Fireangel geschrieben hatte, kam am 26.02.2025 die Info, dass ich kostenlos ein Ersatzgerät bekomme. Einfach KLASSE. Sicherlich musste ich einige Tage auf die Antwort warten, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Lieben Dank an Nikkita von Fireangel für den super Support.

I had an issue with a 10yr battery life smoke alarm that stopped working after about 18 months. Contacted FireAngel through their online form and the issue was resolved easily thereafter via email with a replacement being sent out. Honestly faultless customer service. Thank you Sam!
