What a great company to deal with, bought 2 smoke alarms just over a year ago and one developed a fault. Emailed their customer service and Sam replied the next day saying they have sent a replacement FOC! That's how good customer service should be well done FireAngle 👍
I had a problem with my gateway that lets me know the status of all my alarms. A quick phone call and I was sent a replacement gateway under warranty. I made a second call when I was on site with the new unit and all linking was swapped over without fuss. I had a final call for a quick tidy up :) On all calls I was speaking to somebody who cared, knew their system, and knew what they were talking about. A breath of fresh air compared to dealing with most tech issues nowadays! Really quite impressed - which for me is saying something :)

8 years after purchase my 10-year smoke alarm started giving the low battery signal, so I took it down and called the helpline number on the back. The very helpful person took the model and batch number from the back of the alarm and advised me to email a photo of the original receipt (which I had luckily kept). I did this and within minutes received a reply stating that they would send a replacement the same day. I half expected the firm to find a way to avoid replacing the unit, but this has been an excellent experience. Thanks to Nikkita and Madjid for their amazing customer service. Thanks.

I bought a fireangel alarm last year it’s a ten year lifespan sealed r battery it started chirping and would only stop when disconnected! I contacted fireangel costumer service and received very positive results thanks to Nikkiita and Sophia for their help and support it was replaced immediately.

Bought new alarms last October but one of them broke in the middle of the night (by randomly waking us all up and then completely dying). I contacted FireAngel support who replied very promptly, and have sent out a new alarm to me. I have no issue with faulty products if they're backed up by brilliant support and FireAngel were superb. Special thanks to Nikkita and Sophia for their excellent communication and prompt attention. Highly recommended :)

Sam helped me through every step of disarming the faulty alarm and arranged for a replacement, she also sent me an email with instructions on how to install the new one or I can contact them again to be talked through installation. On last Sunday i.e.16 March, 2025, I sent a query to Fire Angel for the replacement of old smoke Alarm with the latest one without disturbing old base plate. The representative Sophia from Fire Angel help me to find out the equivalent alarm with the latest one. I really appreciate her for prompt reply of my mails.

A CO monitor purchased in Nov 2024 recently stopped working after a spurious alarm activation. After one email to request a warranty replacement and a follow up to produce my receipt, a replacement was dispatched immediately. Nikkita and Alan of Fire Angel thank you.

Mar 20,2025Warranty and customer care EXCELLENT FireAngel, especially Madjid (Support Technician) have been fantastic. A CO2 alarm failed, the battery didn't last but luckily within 5 year warranty. A new CO2 alarm has now been received with thanks. I am a happy customer who trusts this company. Would definitely buy and use FireAngel again based upon the customer service and care.
