Had issue with low battery on a two year old smoke alarm. Contacted FireAngel and had immediate response and clear support to resolve the issue. They have already confirmed the sending of a replacement alarm. Very impressive

The ten year battery on my Fire Angel smoke alarm failed, with three years left to run. I contacted Fire Angel with a picture of the device with batch number, battery end date (2028) and model, asking for a replacement as the battery failed very much before the end of the ten year lifespan. I was advised that without proof of purchase it would be impossible to replace the faulty item. I don't make a habit of keeping receipts for seven years, and despite having the original box for the item, was curtly dismissed by the 'complaints team manager' and told that was the end of the conversation. I requested it be escalated to a formal complaint, but was again told there would be no further discussion about the claim. The item is clearly one of theirs and I did not come by it by nefarious means, so why do I need proof of purchase, how else do they suppose I might have acquired the device? It is supposed to last for a given period and that is the reason I purchased it in the first place. If it fails, as it has, then they too have failed me as a customer. I will not be replacing it with another Fire Devil. Dreadful lack of customer care.

My Carbon Monoxide interlinked battery detector had a low battery warning. Nicki and Sophia were very helpful in arranging for a replacement detector, under warranty.

My smoke/fire detector started going off at random times! I contacted Fire Angel by Email. I dealt with Nikkita and Madjid who were both really helpful and managed to order me a replacement item. The customer service was excellent throughout.

Replaced faulty carbon monoxide alarm efficiently and without question. Issue was that battery had died within a year of our purchase. (4/5 stars as wouldn’t expect the unit to have failed initially)

Great service from Nikita who quickly arranged for a free replacement unit. They're great at sending out new units if the previous runs out of battery before the replacement time.

Contacted FireAngel after my alarm started to go off constantly, tried the recommended fixes off blowing air through it and giving a vacuum to clear any possible dust or other contaminant. This didn't solve issue and it was only 4 years old. FireAngel quickly sent a replacement out to me on after proof of purchase. Thanks to Nikkita and Sam for speedily handling my query.

Customer Service were fantastic when dealing with my enquiry. One of my smoke alarms developed a fault. I provided proof of purchase and within minutes I received an email to inform me that a replacement was on it's way. Superb.

Thanks to Nikita for the excellent customer service and a prompt follow up to my initial complaint about a failing alarm. After supplying proof of purchase, a replacement alarm is on its way to me. Great company and excellent warranty.

Reported a fault with a Smoke Alarm which was purchased from Screwfix and was still within the 5-years manufacturer's guarantee period. Sent an email to FireAngel Tech' Support with a photo of the Smoke Alarm. Received an email back (from Alan) with 1-day advising that a replacement Smoke Alarm has been dispatched. Excellent customer service!

I had a fault occur recently with my carbon monoxide detector which has been reported and dealt with very efficiently and swiftly by Sophia at FireAngel Customer Support. Despite the purchase being outside the Amazon 24 months support period, I have been sent a replacement. Thanks once again Sophia! 😊
