You completely understood what I was trying to explain (unlike many other companies where they outsource to a call centre). Sophie is a legend and should be promoted now! I have been struggling to get my smoke alarm up and running again. Having contacted FireAngel many times and I was told that you guys are suppliers and don't send out anyone to check. In a desperate attempt, I called today to test the alarm with someone from FireAngle on the phone. Sophie was extremely helpful and super patient with me. She explained things in a clear way and was so invested to help me get the system up and running. We tested the alarms which were working fine but the control panel wasn't connected. She ensured to send me instructions to reset the panel. She then called me back to test it again and it worked!! I am so relieved the alarm system is working now and this wouldn't have happened without Sophie's help. Such a legend and I wish her all the best. Thanks so much Sophie! I had a faulty smoke alarm so I contacted customer service and sent a copy of the purchase receipt. They responded on the same day confirming that a new one had been sent out. Very good service from Nicki! Thank you.

Smoke alarm battery fault: Had a fault with one of my smoke alarms and emailed customer services, got a quick response from Nikkita and they were quick to resolve my problem and will highly recommend these products. Had them for years and had no faults other than this.

Nikkita was very helpful and replaced my fire alarm which developed a fault. I have only ever bought fireangel products and it is reassuring that they have such good customer service when they do develop a fault(which is rare). Excellent company, and Nikkita was brilliant
Very helpful conversation with Sam regarding replacement of a faulty smoke alarm. We were woken twice in the night by the faulty alarm but were given details of how to unlink it from the other alarms on the system before the arrival of a new one which was posted out without delay and with no quibbling.

Phoned the company at about 9.15 this morning sent over the details that were requested. 10.42 I received an email to say a replacement would arrive in the next 7 to 10 days. What efficiency thank you Sam.
