Oct 15,2024I received a very quick response when I raised an issue with my smoke alarm. The initial advise did not work but they have arranged for a replacement to be sent. I can't fault the customer service and would definitely purchase other products fron Fireangel. Sophie was very helpful and responded promptly.

Oct 15,2024One of my CO monitors recently started beeping warning of low battery 3 years in to a 7 year warranty, I provided the info needed to confirm the purchase and Nikkita and Madjid were able to log and send out a replacement that arrived within a week. I should note that our other CO monitor from FireAngel is still going strong and was brought around the same time.

Also Sophie was a big team player when I was unable to send proof of purchase image. She sent a link to my email address to help with this. She liaised with Nicki and together have demonstrated genuinely happy to help customer service. Thanks to both.

Oct 12,2024FireAngel SW1 mains powered alarm backup battery only lasted 6 months. I reported this to FireAngel you said that 'The batteries should last at least 12 months'. However the battery supplied by FireAngel only lasted 6 months. I consider that FireAngel are providing poor quality batteries or that their claim that the battery should last approximately one year is incorrect and misleading. If I had known in advance that the mains powered units have a short battery life, then I would not have purchased Fireangel alarms due to the need to frequently replace the batteries. FireAngel declined to take any actions to address this customer satisfaction issue.
