Great alarms which have been really reliable and when one of them stopped working correctly, it was replaced really quickly.
Received wonderful service from Alan James at FireAngel. Phoned to see if he could help no problems. Sent proof of purchase and my faulty FireAngel Smoke Alarm was replace immediately. This is what I call excellent customer service. Many thanks to Alan for all his help. Being a pensioner made everything so easy to deal with.
A swift response to my request and confirmation that my replacement is on its way.
We have a remote Fireangel system with a Gateway. I had a problem with User Name and Password (entirely my fault, I had accidentally set up two ID's). Carol on support worked with me to sort out the mess that I had made. She was incredibly patient and good natured about it and thanks to her we were able to sort the problem out.
Brilliant customer service experience with Alan from fire angel. Had an issue with faulty alarm, literally one email later and a replacement unit was ordered and on its way to my home. A real breath of fresh air to not be passed around, made to wait and jump through various hoops to achieve a resolution. I'm sure we've all had experiences like that with other companies, certainly not the case here. Cannot recommend them highly enough after this experience. Thanks again
Contacted them as smoke detector failed within 10 year warranty period. Spoke to a very helpful chap who clearly explained what information I needed to send them. Then, first thing the following day, Nikitta emailed me explaining they would order an updated model for me. She also explained that the back plate would need to be replaced with the new one. Highly recommend them for their great customer service.
I was really most impressed with Ravi Ravinder. I really couldn't have asked for more. So very helpful and polite. He was able to put my mind at rest immediately and sorted out my problem. A first rate ambassador for your company. Thank you very much Ravi.
Email response to malfunctioning FireAngel ST-622 unit within 5 minutes asking for documented evidence of purchase Sent this by return - Ravi sent another message immediately confirming a replacment unit would be delivered by Royal Mail within the week - exceptional Customer Service!!
I spoke with Sam and she was very helpful, professional and polite. She arranged for a new smoke alarm to be sent to me so I am just waiting on that
I bought a FireAngel alarm last year, with a 5 year warranty. The alarm stopped working yesterday, which is not good. Within half an hour of my contacting FireAngel a new replacement is in the post. Which is good!

Although my smoke alarm should not have failed within the 10 year warranty, I was amazed at the efficient support given to me by Sophie as a new alarm is on it's way to me FOC within a couple of hours of my providing the original purchase details. Which recommend FireAngel alarms and good customer service confirms their recommendation.
Had a query on an alarm we purchased. Emailed manufacturer. The customer service people responded quickly to our query and resolved the problem. Good customer service. Happy with outcome.
Smoke and fire alarm had been going off for no reason, causing chaos! called the helpline and spoke to Chris then Alan. they were super helpful, Alan especially who has sent a replacement piece out, which will arrive soon.
Thank you to Sam & Nikkita for their quick response in replaying to my question regarding my smoke detectors running out of battery. They have resolved my issue and are sending two replacements smoke alarms.
Needed a replacement smoke alarm after the one I had died after only 2 year and it’s got a 10 year battery. Sophie sorted it out for me and has confirmed a replacement unit will be with me soon at no cost to me.
The units do the job (SW1 smoke alarms) at a fair price and fortunately havent been needed in an emergency. Good support system and warrenty cover - One of the units developed a fault (false alarms) and I contacted their support team via email. The support provided was efficient and quickly identified I couldn't self fix the issue and the unit was replaced under warrenty without any fuss.
Had an issue with my Fire Angel smoke alarm going off without a reason. Had an email from Rob informing me a new one was on its way to me. Great service. Thank you Rob.
