Aug 13,2024One of my 10yr battery FireAngel alarms started beeping a low battery. Not due for replacement for another few years. Contacted Nicki at FireAngel and a replacement was sent out straight away. Did what they promised.

Aug 12,2024Thanks to Ravi and Nikkita in the customer service department. We have used FireAngel ten-year smoke alarms at all our rented properties for many years. They are very reliable and if you do have any problems, the customer service is excellent!

Aug 12,2024We had a problem at my mother's house with the smoke alarms. I called Fire Angel for advice. Sam was extremely helpful and talked me through the testing process very clearly which identified the faulty item. Sam then arranged for delivery of a replacement item and sent me instructions for linking this to the home network. All in all I could not have hoped for better service. Well done Sam!

Aug 12,2024Contacted FireAngel as a sealed battery smoke alarm failed within the 5 year warranty period. Spoke to Carol who was helpful and I emailed with my original proof of purchase. I would have preferred a replaceable battery smoke alarm but was told they have to provide a direct replacement of the failed unit. Had a response from Nicki the same day and received a replacement smoke alarm within 2 days. This gives me confidence to purchase FireAngel products in the future. Many thanks for your help.

Aug 09,2024Really helpful company. I bought one of the 10 year battery smoke alarms in 2019 but the battery died after 4 years. I contacted the company and spoke to Nikkita, who was really helpful and they are sending me a brand new one to replace the faulty one. I can’t fault their customer service. The products are great too, afford prices as well.
