Hi thanks for the reply however I told your technical team that I had cleaned the alarms and they still went off randomly which does no instill confidence when your woken in the middle of the night to a false alarm itβs not much use if the detector cannot distinguish dust from smoke?
Reported a faulty smoke alarm today that was under warranty. Nikkita from customer services contacted me within an hour to inform me that a replacement device was in the post.
Email responded to by return and matter resolved within minutes - such an excellent response/resolution time. Many thanks Nikkita and Alan for your help and professionalism.
I was having problems with the relatively new Fireangel smoke alarm in our caravan with its constant bleeping. Having pressed the reset button numerous times the bleeping continued. I found the Fireangel web site and submitted my problem on to their very easy to follow questionnaire page. within less than a day, Nikkita responded to my problem and asked me for some simple information to enable her to continue investigating the cause of the problem. This I did and within a day, Nikkita replied with the good news that she has ordered me a new replacement alarm to arrive within the next seven days. Brilliant customer service.

I had returned my fire angel alarm as the battery had failed. Posted it Royal Mail and had proof of purchase. I had heard nothing after 4 weeks so I gave the customer support dept a bell. A very nice lady took my details and asked if I could supply a copy of the original receipt as they had no record of receiving my return. I emailed both the original receipt and proof of postage. A replacement has been promised.
Prompt email reply to my complaint. Replacement to be posted in reasonable time.

I had a problem with an Alarm in my caravan and contacted FireAngel via email. I had a very quick response from Nikkita outlining what was required to progress the enquiry. I phoned customer services and spoke to Alan who then progressed things further for me. Nikkita emailed to say a new alarm had been dispatched under warranty. Excellent customer service from Nikkita and Alan as well as from FireAngel. Thank you.

I purchased a pair of FireAngel smoke detectors in April 2023. One of them failed recently. I have reached out to FireAngel support and have been advised "No proof of purchase, no warranty claim!" I do not have the original purchase receipt as it's now 17 months since purchase. However, the alarm and packaging have a batch code of 23051 indicating a manufacturing date of 5th week 2023. This makes the alarm under 2 years old, 3 years within FireAngel's warranty period. I have provided photographic and video evidence of the faulty unit as well as a copy of my bank statement for the transaction, but FireAngel support will not accept any of this. FireAngel should honour their warranty given this evidence, but it seems that they are using the 'proof of purchase' as a cop out. The alarm was manufactured less than 2 years ago so, by definition, MUST BE still under warranty regardless.
I made contact with Paul on online chat to confirm that the unit was faulty. Paul passed on an email address for me to send the unit details and my proof of purchase. This was handled by Nikita who replied in a few minutes to confirm my delivery address and arranged a replacement to be sent out immediately. Thanks to you both to allow me to bring my fire detection system back online swiftly.

Contacted FireAngel technical support over the weekend and got a reply first thing Monday from Nikkita asking for a little more information before proceeding. After another quick email exchange, everything was satisfactorily resolved with the issue of a replacement unit confirmed. Clear and friendly communication throughout. Great service, thank you.
