Terrible company! Im sure these reviews are fake or from paid influencers. There is literally no customer service. They charged my card, never sent me any info. I was unable to create an account on their site. There is no email contact. You have to call or text a number, you get a generic text response, but no one ever responds. The phone line almost always instantly disconnects and if you do get lucky enough to get put in the hold que, you are told its a 1 minute wait, but hold for 20 minutes until it automatically disconnects you. Im not even sure if this is a real company? Read the real reviews, not the paid social media ads or reviews ( check the comments under them and you will se they delete them all

If only their customer service are reachable and website is easy to use this is a 5 star! The meals are delicious and convenient but there was an issue lately and that's where I get to experience their super slow customer service.

I'm writing this review to warn potential customers about my incredibly negative experience with FlexPro Meals. This company has consistently demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic consumer rights. Let's start with the packaging. My meals arrived battered and barely held together, likely due to insufficiently sturdy packaging and an excessive amount of ice packs. It's a testament to their lack of attention to detail and commitment to quality. The website is a confusing, outdated mess that's riddled with bugs. Even simple tasks like resetting your password are a frustrating ordeal. It's clear that FlexPro Meals has neglected to invest in a user-friendly online platform. Speaking of customer service, it's virtually non-existent. I attempted to cancel my subscription online, only to be met with a frustratingly convoluted process. After 3 phone calls attempting to cancel, each time the call abruptly ended without a resolution after 20 minutes of hold time. It's important to note that in California, it's illegal for a company to require customers to cancel their subscriptions by phone or in person. FlexPro Meals' refusal to provide an online cancellation option is a clear violation of California law. This practice is not only inconvenient but also deceptive, as it can lead to unintended charges and ongoing subscriptions. The one time I did manage to get in contact with them via email, they pressured me to leave a 5-star review on Trustpilot after the interaction in exchange for a discount code. This tactic is highly unethical and suggests that a significant portion of their positive reviews are fabricated. The meals themselves are overpriced and often leave me feeling unwell. The high sodium content and some unknown ingredient seem to trigger headaches and stomachaches. I've tried several other meal delivery services, including CookUnity, Icon Meals, and Factor, and all have provided a far superior experience in terms of both taste and quality. In conclusion, FlexPro Meals is a company that consistently falls short in every aspect. From their shoddy packaging and unreliable website to their abysmal customer service and subpar meals, they have earned a reputation as one of the worst meal delivery services on the market. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this company at all costs.

Admittedly the meals tasted pretty good to me.. However they messed with my Fiancees stomach so I need to cancel. Their web interface is horrible, no way to cancel completely through the browser you have to call. I tried to text as the order mentions but they did not reply. I have tried to log back into my account and it does not recognize me. I hit forgot password and no email made it to reset my password yet I am still getting updates on my order. I am currently trying to reach them on phone, automated message said I was 4th in line and estimated wait time is 1 minute. It is now 18 minutes waiting as I type this. Improve the website, let people cancel online, and don't tell people to text a number if you are just going to ignore it. The reply below exactly illustrates the companies poor customer focus. I have already mentioned trying to reach them. I have called 3 times the first two staying on hold for 20 minutes before their system drops the call. The third time I asked for a call back and have yet to receive said call. They have texted me to say we will get in touch they still have not.

Horrible customer service, and the website on a mobile device is not user-friendly. Thy say they have a phone number so you can call and speak with someone but its just a recording asking you to text or send an email.

There are some issues with order and delivery, it was sorted out by their customer service which was really helpful and courteous! I received meals and IT WAS SO YUMMY! I will definitely try more of their meals. It's just so convenient for me.

If you want to cancel your subscription, they make it impossible. It is horibble. No one asnwers the phone number or texts back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I’ve tried every mainstream meal prep company out there and honestly no other company compares to flex pro’s taste/quality of food & their customer service is amazing!

Luz was helpful and very responsive to bring attention to an email I received and pointing out based on previous customer experience she was aware that it would have an effect on my life. She followed up and made sure the case was resolved.

Never received my first box. Damaged during transit and I was told a replacement would be sent. Ever since then it has been radio silence from customer service, no responses to several emails and texts. Factor meals are fare more reliable and they actually answer their emails and inquiries.

I just received my 21 meals. More than half of them were not even frozen, I will be throwing all of it away. This purchase was a complete and total waste of money I will never in my life use these people again $93.99 wasted.

Despite the excellent customer service, I'm only giving this a two-star rating due to the frequent late or missing meals and repeated overcharges. I'll give it another two months, but I'll need to find a more reliable meal delivery service.

In order to cancel, they will not allow you to cancel without calling them. And then they are like a gym membership and haggle and haggle and won't let you go. took 45 mins to cancel. The food was awful. SO many better options out there. btw: check their BBB reviews and website and reddit. This is not just happening to me.

I appreciate the quality of their meals, but I would prefer the convenience of a mobile app for ordering and customer service inquiries. The current website chat is inconvenient. I may need to reconsider my subscription if this issue is not resolved.
