Just got my first week of meals yesterday. There was a slight problem with delivery but customer service from Luz was amazing! Responsive and understanding. Great customer service, which is the most important aspect in keeping me as a customer. I tried one meal from a friend and it tasted amazing too! Can't wait to try the meals I got!

Great food. Customer service sucks. The company won't return a call. I was on hold for 20 minutes 3 times today for them to just hang up. They say text, but they don't answer that either. I hope this is just a busy few days and not a continuous problem. Anyone else have a customer service issue with them???

I have called three times already since 9am trying to cancel my membership it keeps saying I'm the 3rd or 4th caller in line but I have left a call back number (as prompted by there system) and still haven't heard anything back. Gargage service. I should be able to cancel my subscription online without having to call. Do not recommend this service

I don't want to be stuck with a meal delivery company that lacks competency and doesn't want to deal with customers directly. It takes forever to get in touch with someone! I like their food and the subscription service.

So glad I decided to get a subscription from FlexPro Meals! There have been some issues with my orders and delivery, but their customer service has been incredibly helpful and understanding. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for a meal subscription company.

I subscribed based on a friend’s recommendation but after experiencing their meals and customer service, I’ve had issues that still need to be resolved, and I want to cancel my subscription. Everything has been so unacceptable that I have no words.

Another facebook and truspilot- supported scam. I saw the massive list of super positive reviews and jumped on board to try the first box. First box showed up on a Friday night soaking wet with 21 meals inside that were already thawed out. I tried eating one the next morning and almost threw up. The beef was stale and rubbery, the smell was repulsive and the taste was unpalatable. I tried getting a hold of anyone at customer service to request a refund and cancel the next order all weekend to no avail. Turns out, FlexPro is closed to customers on the weekends but still took my money on a Sunday night for the second order without giving me a chance to contest the first order. No, there is no standard “contact us” link on the website and there are no options to simply end your subscription. So if you cannot get a hold of anyone in time, you’re out another $114. On Monday, I called the number provided in the instructions for requesting a refund. I called nearly every hour. Each time I called, I waited on hold for a little over 20min only for the line to drop. I also tried requesting a “callback” several times but never received one. Today (4 days later), an “Account Manager” sent me a text, not in response to my multiple calls for help but requesting feedback to improve their website. When I explained the situation, this account manager made several attempts to discredit my report and referred me to their cancellation policy (specifically the part that required me to put in a cancellation request via a dead-end phone number and/or a non-responsive email address at least 2 days ahead of time). Not two business days (since they are closed on the weekends)… two calendar days. Making it impossible to contest a bad shipment received on a Friday night before getting charged for the next shipment on a Sunday night. Finally, despite claiming to be an “account manager”, when I asked if he had the authority to refund both charges, he said no and that he could only put in a request to refund the first order but not the second one since my request was too late. This is when I got angry. After arguing against such senseless logic, this representative reluctantly agreed to put in a second request for the second order that was placed automatically despite all efforts to cancel. “I can request for the other order to refunded, but as I mentioned it will be subject for approval since the request wasn't made in the given time frame!” Buyer Beware Update: It looks like FlexPro replied to this review with a fraudulent attempt to diffuse the matter. To be clear, my bank was only able to reverse one of the two charges. This matter has yet to be resolved by FlexPro. FlexPro still has $114 of my money for an order that I did not want and was given no opportunity to stop.

If you like the meals they send good for you but I wasn’t impressed enough to order again. So I decided not to get any more meals after the 1st ones and tried to cancel the recurring billing, that’s why it’s a 1 star. Good luck on getting a hold of a live person because the phone number refers you back to the website.

I absolutely love these meals!!! I have tried many services in the past but I like that the meals are frozen and last for 6 months and the selection. My 17yr old son and I have yet to find a meal that we don't like! Plus the customer service is too notch! I texted today and Hope was more than helpful and actually helped me to increase my plan from 15 to 21 meals! It was quick and easy through text

Flexpro has been part of my daily routine, but the recent issues with their delivery have been such a hassle. The customer service team is doing their best (thank you for being there, Helena!), and I really don't want to stop my subscription. I've been a customer since 2022 and I appreciate the meals and the concept! Everything!

I super appreciate Flexpro Meals a lot for the convenience it brings and the only that is holding me back from giving them a 5-star rating are the recent hiccups I experienced with them but their customer service are trying the best! I will still recommend!!!

The constant issues with delivery delays and packaging errors are making me second-guess my choice to continue with FlexPro. I’ve had multiple instances of missing items, meals arriving damaged or at the wrong temperature, and repeated errors that haven't been addressed despite reaching out to customer service. It's becoming difficult to justify the subscription cost when these problems keep happening...

Flex pro meals are complete scam and taste terrible it’s worse than gas station food. All pictures of food online don’t look how they do when they arrive to the home. Tried to cancel my subscription online and there isn’t even an option tried contacting team members no response test or email. Unacceptable from these people.

My meals arrived a week late, and when they did, we were disappointed to find they were of poor quality—worse than cafeteria food, unappetizing in appearance and taste, and very watery. I won't be ordering from them again.

When ordering meals for the first time I had put that I wanted my meals sent biweekly but somehow it got changed to weekly. I don't know how this happened and feel frustrated that it somehow changed. I did not choose the meals I wanted in time due to thinking I had a whole other week to choose. They ended up sending me random meals. Half them contained wheat and I cannot eat gluten so I could not eat any of those meals. The rest were not edible or anything I could enjoy. I gave my brother the wheat contained meals and he is not a picky eater and even he said he threw the meals out because they were terrible. I also had a separate incident where my meals were delivered spoiled. I was told I would get a refund, but was only given a refund on one order. On top of that, the meat is slimy and gross and I had to throw it away. I have been trying to contact them for 9 days now and they refuse to respond to me thinking I will give up and go away. They will also make it difficult to cancel your subscription and try to offer all these things to prevent you from leaving. This company is one giant scam. I would not eat their meals if they were free. Overpriced trash. Do yourself a favor and try anything else. Save your money and your sanity by avoiding this company. I got suckered into using them because of an influencer and I regret it. I know the influencer personally and want to tell her to stop sending people to this company or they will take her down with them. If you look up FlexPro Meals Review on tiktok you will see how other people have gone through what I have. Any good review on here is most likely an employee or influencer that gets paid by them to support them. Don't be fooled though, this company has no redeeming quality to them. I hope that after nine days they will finally take me seriously and give me the refund I was promised instead of ignoring my emails. FlexPro owners, do better. Stop scamming people and ignoring the ones who have problems with your company.

They just change your order without telling you - and send you TEN OF THE SAME F-ING ITEM, then play "oh, so sorry, it's already in fulfillment."

Complete honesty! The meals I have getting from flexpro are delicious and super convenient. I have trying different options to try and find my favorites, but everything is good. Excited to try the new menu options coming out. FEEDBACK50
