The process of unsubscribing is needlessly hard. To either unsubscribe or pause your orders, you will need to talk to their customer reps - no way to do it automatically from their website. And while you wait, they will probably charge you for your next order. Its an absolute joke, and a borderline scam.
Alexander was fantastic. He took care of my immediate issue with the order I received and also Provided me valuable information for my future orders. I very much recommend FlexPro meals and their customer service team, especially Alexander.
I recently tried Flexpro and was disappointed. The portion sizes were smaller than expected, leaving me unsatisfied. I hoped for more substantial meals.

HORRIBLE. They charge me way ahead and will NOT ship my order. One of the representatives told me my order would ship 2 days ago, it never did. Yesterday another one said it would ship today “FOR SURE” and told me not to worry, that NEVER happened as well. So i talked to a different representative again today, and now she said my order will ship next week instead… 🤦🏻♀️ so i opted for a refund and an end to my subscription. They are constantly changing up their story on how/why they couldn’t ship my order out. But won’t issue me a full refund, and instead goes to forward the issue to an “account manager”. they will also NOT let you cancel your subscription UNTIL you have not been charged for 4 shipments total. Like, i haven’t even gotten my order in the first place, it doesn’t make sense. Well, i’m trying to cancel mine ASAP bc i’m just being scammed and lied to at this point. Very unprofessional, they don’t care about their customers with their orders as long as they have taken your money already. They will keep pushing your delivery date further and further, another week after another week. It is beyond screwed up. Contacting my bank ASAP if they wont refund me my money by tomorrow, to report them and dispute the charges. ALSO, Their website is a mess, constantly meals being changed and moved, even if you choose your own meals, a few days later they will change it and won’t let you change them yourself unless you contact customer service. The prices also constantly change for your subscription. They won’t let you change your password unless you contact their customer service as well. And they claim their meals are healthy.. hmm do your research guys. TO FLEXPROMEALS, stop scamming your customers! stop taking our money and not ship out our orders!! that’s so messed up! i expected more from you guys, but i’m happy to be ending this subscription so i no longer have to put up with all the stress this has put me through. We ordered 1 time and got charged 3 times on the same month. We have tried getting in contact but pretty much it's impossible! I expect someone to reach out and give us a refund.
We've been ordering meal prep from this place for a few months and are very disappointed. We had to cancel the subscription. My husband and I are both athletes and were trying to track our calories, but it was impossible because each meal listed different calorie counts for the same items. For example, we received several keto Mongolian meals, all weighing about 268g, but the calories ranged from 300 to 550 kcal, which doesn’t make sense. Additionally, the meals contained more fat than lean protein, which didn't suit our dietary needs. For the amount of money we spent, I will not recommend this place. Also for what it’s worth, the food was not even tasty.
A lot, I have been reaching out for a full week and they don’t get back to you, sent emails no reply, calls and they just tell you to text, I tried to stop an order because the meals were randomly picked and I was traveling the week of delivery, I got a call today from Alexander who says to be the manager when i asked for 1, explained and all he could do was “understand” and offer a box in the future with meals i like, he was able to see that i reached out a day before the payment was submitted and at the time they would have been able to do something but not it’s too late, I want to cancel the order and get a refund which he couldn’t do so he cancelled my account and submitted a request to the billing dept to review if this refund can be done and it will take 5-7 days!!!! To hear back which is a ridiculous timeline for a response! When i asked where I could leave a review he said he didn’t know which is a lie, because after he sent me the link. Their customer service now it’s horrible, he apologized because they have been busy for the last 3 weeks and can’t get back to people on a timely manner, how is this the clients fault the company should figure it out!
I was having quite a lot of issues with the website and my meals. Raquel helped me out and took the time to completely fix everything and answer my 100 questions. She was thorough and made sure I understood what was happening and was very helpful. You need more of her!!!
Customer service is AWFUL. I wanted to cancel my subscription because the portion sizes are too small for how much it costs. I don't see the point in paying $8 for a meal that I am still hungry afterwards. I was on hold for 23 minutes with an "account manager" who is the only person who can cancel this order. After 23 minutes I was hung up on. I am beyond infuriated with this customer service. The food was actually pretty decent. But a company that has this terrible customer service does not deserve my business.
If you are looking for a meal subscription company, don’t go to FlexPro Meals. Food is great, shipping and customer service are another topic….had multiple issues on shipping where I had to reach out for shipping into and on more than one occasion never got my food and they had to credit my next order. Have been trying to cancel….cant get anyone on the phone but can text…..an “account manager” told me yesterday my subscription was cancelled and I would receive an email within an hour. I sent a follow up text 2 hours later with a screenshot showing it still active and never received a response. It has now been 16 hours and I still haven’t received the email and my account still shows active.
First, communication. A company needs to actually communicate/speak to their customers. Texting and live chat bots should not be the only ways to reach and attempt to communicate when having issues. When given an option to speak with someone, I was notified that I was number 1 in the que and my wait would be 7 minutes???. 15 minutes later while still on hold and also trying to get through to someone through their text and chat bot options at the same time, my holding was answered only to be abruptly hung up on. Second, the website navigation for meal selections and delivery options are not overly user friendly. The clarity and process needs work. Third, the meals were actually not that bad and I felt like they did have a large selection. Unfortunately, I did not find them to be a helpful healthier option I was looking for. Last, the cancellation process is worse than getting teeth pulled. Currently trying to accomplish this while typing this review and am getting zero help for anyone in their “customer service”. Rep on chat bot “is unable to help me” and is passing my info along to a manager who has yet to get back to me. This is the same experience with the texts I have also sent.
Terrible customer service. Took weeks to get a login to my account. Could only login after another order was already sent out (when I wasn’t ready for it). Said they wouldn’t refund my money because it was subscription based but I didn’t even have access to my account in order to change it. The food is subpar and the (large) portions are barely enough to satisfy a man who works out which is the target audience. I’ve bought meals from multiple meal prep companies and this is by far the worst. Do yourself a favor and go to cook unity for superior meal preps.
Impossible to cancel the subscription. There is no live chat feature anywhere on the website. Had to change my credit card number. Let BBB know about the scam that they are as well.
So I previously had an issue with Flexpro delivering me an order of meals that I didn't want or need. I was caught off guard because I didn't receive the customary "hey you are about to get charged, so make any changes in the next 24 hours" email that the company used to send. Naturally, I was very angry and immediately cancelled my subscription and left a nasty review. But Flexpro did the classy thing and refunded me for this order as a show of good faith. I have to hand it to Flexpro: if you have an issue with their service or product, they will always do what it takes to make it right. While I still am not thrilled with the subscription model (why can't I just order a box of food when I want one instead of having to be on a rolling subscription?) I do have to say that the company did right by me, is trustworthy, and has excellent customer service.

My problem isn’t with the food,it’s with trying to cancel it.the first time I used it for months but after awhile you kind of want to cook again but it was a pain in the ass to cancel it.they are heavily automated so try doing it through that and get a “someone will contact you in 2-3 days-they don’t,finally get a number and almost have to yell at them through the hard sell “just stop!” So months,maybe a year go by and I’ll give benefit of the doubt,use them again for months then want to stop,same thing,pause my subscription for two weeks just so I KNOW no food is coming and then use automated chat,”I want to cancel”.same thing”someone will call you” Then I get an email saying “we are preparing your order”I pause it again and call ,and I had already paused before that for 2 weeks there should never have been anything being prepared anyway.this time I did yell at the guy on the phone and told him if I get charged I will block it and report it fraudulent and I have the screenshots where I am trying to cancel.in the future I won’t use flexpro I will use a different company

BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have tried to cancel my subscription and they make it IMPOSSIBLE to do so! And you are required to discuss your reason for canceling BEFORE they’ll consider it. First, they don't allow you to complete this via the website. When you try, they make you contact someone. Then, attempting to do this via chat, as instructed, leads you to an agent who is "not authorized to cancel". Then, they REQUIRE you to talk to a customer service agent who will call you at a random hour in hopes to convince you not to cancel. And they will not cancel until you give them a chance to convince you. If you’re set on canceling, they’ll stop responding.

Aug 08,2024I've been ordering with this company since August 2021 (3 years) now. They used to be really great which is why I've stayed with them so long, however... Ive seen it go down hill. For one, what quantity is all over the place. Some of the meals only fill up half of the container, and yet they still charge you the full $12-16. (ex. the fried rice, you would think being on the "large" portion size you would receive a decent amount, but no... and I'm paying WHAT for that amount?!!?! or a pizza with three small slices?! its not even a full small pizza?! Like WHATTT?!?!) Secondly, the delivery, it is now packaged better... however they increased their shipping prices a lot just for this. But now, they no longer use UPS so my package gets "delayed" frequent which causes warm meals to be arrived. Not to mention, they no longer have consistent delivery days. My meals uses to always get delivered on a specific day. Now its a range (tuesday-friday) and its never the same.. How am I supposed to meal PLANNNNN if I don't even know when my next deliver will be!??! When orders are messed up, they cant do anything, so I have to wait for the next delivery which means I have to find something else to do, and no discounts for their mess up or delivery issues. I feel like they should at LEAST try to get meals delivered asap or give you a small discount for your next order, but NOPE, nothing when they mess up. (Obviously they'll refund if the meals are warm or didn't arrive, but it a meal prep service...) Also, being a customer for 3 years you would think they could provide discounts, or freebees once in a while, but nope. Nothing, yet they use all of their money for marketing, both on social media (tons of posts) and HUGE discounts for new subscriptions. Its as if they know its cumbersome to look for another company. The only reason I am giving them two stars instead of one is because some of their meals are still pretty good and their customer service (when issues arise) are decent. I feel like they have a lot of good rating because they used to give discounts for writing good reviews. I'm staying now for convenience, but I am also now looking at new subscriptions else where, where my money is more well spent and my customer loyalty is appreciated.
