Jan 25,2025I love FlexPro meals. They are just the right portion and they have a ton of variety of meals. The customer service is amazing too. My meals got shipped to the wrong address and they immediately fixed the issue. These meals are great if you are trying to get on track with your eating and weight loss journey, great for bulking, or just quick and easy for those on the gk lifestyles. Highly recommend giving them a try.

Jan 17,2025I got charged randomly over $200 after canceling. Right away— as soon as the charge went through I emailed and said “hey that’s an error, my account is supposed to be cancelled, please cancel that for me” They refused outright. Said “there’s nothing we can do it’s too late” — i explained everything, and then when i asked for a manager or something because I don’t understand how they “can’t refund” 5 minutes after a charge goes through.. they stopped responding all together Worst experience I’ve ever had with a meal company. Also, they are buying positive reviews by offering $10 off etc. for possitive reviews.

Jan 14,2025Meals are constantly delivered warm. Most of the time the meals delivered are not what was ordered. There is no way to cancel on the website and I have been on hold for over 45 minutes when I was told I had a 1 minute wait time. Total disfunction.

I also received help from Brian awhile back when I had issues with a meal delivery. Can't say enough positive words about them!

Jan 06,2025Brian with Customer Care was really helpful in giving me discounts on the subscription whenever there were promos available. Usually other companies wouldn’t apply a promo to current customers rather to new customers, but Brian was still able to apply some sort of discounts to lower cost on current customers which was really helpful.

Jan 04,2025Not sure how Flex Pro Meals is still receiving 5 stars. I've ordered with them for about 2-3 years now and their quality has gone downhill. The portion sizes are crazy small for the amount we pay for each meal. I understand we also pay for the convivence and labor, but now that the taste and quality went down, I don't believe it is worth the money. Ever since they started to change things (like the packaging and the meal selection) it went downhill. They give you option to preselect your meals up to 4-5 weeks out, yet when the arrive, its not what was selected. Items changed. The meal selections now too are not tasteful, most of them now have cauliflower rice that does not taste good. Their changes have pushed me over the edge so I finally stopped their services.
