The good: Great web site, easy to order, food came quickly, food was well packed with cold packs and clearly labeled with macros. The bad: I assumed these were home cooked meals, but they have a lot of junk ingredients and not healthy as I thought. I should have looked at the fine print ingredients before buying. They taste like a microwave meal, not a home cooked meal. The ugly: You can't cancel on their web site. It's like trying to cancel a gym membership. You have to call to cancel and nobody picks up. I waited on hold for over 15 minutes then it automatically hangs up.

Luz was able to give me the info I need and adjust my subscription accordingly. I feel like this was a win win because I enjoy the meals I just had way too many!

I hadn't received the email about the billing date changes. Luz reached out to me to notify me and was very informative on the changes. She even helped me schedule my meals around my travel dates.

I was Very Unhappy with the Food received, Sadly when it is heated, it Looks like Slimy Dog-Food!! I Honestly Don't know How You Guys can Have so Many "Happy Customers" YUCK! The Chicken was like Weird & I'm not sure if these are "Bacon bits?" in the Caprice, but They had No Flavor at all, just a Weird texture. I Tried to give My Son the Packs of food for Him & His Collage Friends, but He Made one Before He Left & was like... "What is This? it's too Weird & I am Not going to take that for My Friends" ... So Now I am STUCK with this "Food?? Mash Stuff" w/ No one To Give it to & No Refund! YUCK!! I would Give The Whole Experience about a -1 out of 5 & a "F-" as a Grade. :P

Luz was very helpful resolving a problem with your meal selections. Several times in the past our meal choices were not provided and substations were sent. Credits were provided but that doesn’t fix the issue. This time we had had enough and when our meal choices were not correct I informed Luz we were canceling our subscription if this could not be corrected. Luz got it done! Thanks Liz!!

Due to the hurricane Helene our box was delayed and then returned because UPS said we refused delivery (we did not) I contacted them and they said they'd send out another box. There was some mix up on what the order was and then we missed cut off time, but we explained we were counting on the box and needed it asap. They agreed to send out immediately and we got it the next day. Customer service is excellent and we really enjoy the meals.

Good food but they have unreasonable customer service. Had multiple issues with my orders they can help but the waiting time is such a hassle. I'm just staying for the food and the convenience.
