The company does not create clothes that are built to last and instead is feeding the issues of fast fashion, which contradicts their eco-mission statement on their website. Jeans will last you no more than three years, and according to their customer support, this is sufficient.
Delivery cost €9 and took over two weeks. Tracking number wouldn't work so I was left in the dark. Customer service responded only after the dress had been delivered. The material of the dress was cheap, the shape was weird, and construction felt poor, e.g. the loops for the buttons at the neck of the dress weren't actually big enough to fit the buttons. To top it all off, I had to pay for return postage. What a complete waste of time of a site. Used to be such a nice brand - stay clear!!!
A very long wait for items to be delivered. Put order in on 4th Jan and was delivered today 17th Jan. I’m returning most of items as I bought elsewhere in the meantime.
If I could give zero stars I would. My parcel has not arrived. Customer service do not reply to emails. The live chat is not in operation. The tracking page does not load. Honestly - do these people not take any pride in their work at all? @FrenchConnextion : how many stars woukd you give yourself based on the above? EDIT : On request of the response to give the order number, here it is. It is : EU94988 HOWEVER - I’ve no more faith in this issue being resolved. If you look at the last 10 reviews here, 7 have been 1 star. I’ve never seen anything like that - let alone for a multinational company like French connection. Whoever is in charge of customer service needs to be fired because they’re clearly not able to do their job - and whoever is above them needs to be fired also to allow this go for the sane reason. I will never order online from then again.
Ordered 9 days ago and delivery was supposed to be 5 working days. Received an email to confirm my order and nothing since. When I made contact to find out what was happened I was told it would be within 5-7 days as per the confirmation email, but still no sign of the coat even being despatched. No replies received to my follow up emails (and just no response to online chat either). To summarise, dreadful customer service. This was my first order with French Connection and will probably be my last. Wish I had read the other reviews on here before ordering.
Firstly got order wrong; different colour to what was requested. Secondly ask for return have to go back and forth with emails. Told label were attached when there weren't. Despite requesting post office QR code to return. Need to review there return procedure, especially as they made the error. Should not be down to me to keep on rectifying French Connection mistakes.
Order not received on time for when needed. Very disappointing level of customer service when chasing my order.
Very poor customer service, it is impossible to get in touch, they do not reply to mails and the live chat doesn’t work, the delivery of my order is incredibly late and I don’t know where my parcel is at the moment because also the tracking provided is not working. Absurd..
FCUK - my most favourite brand of clothing which I can order in confidence knowing the clothing is true to size and great quality. Stand out from the crowd designs :). Customer service is excellent! I recently made an enquiry and even though its sale season it was dealt with promptly. Thank you FCUK!

I ordered a dress £110.00 For New Year’s Eve and it didn’t come so I was left with no outfit, I am still waiting on a delivery date and for the parcel to be dispatched. Extremely disappointing.

I have only discovered French Connection home this year so glad I have! They have a wide range of fabulous home furnishings and home accessories . Both my son and I have lots of items in our homes. Customer service Anna and Kurt recently dealt with a return of a couple unsuitable items …refunding well within their guidelines. Thank you.
I never got my order confirmation nor the expected delivery information and had to contact your Customer Service team. In future I will have to always keep a note of the order numbers of items I buy on-line in case anything goes wrong which, believe me, does happen from time to time.
Quick delivery, lovely dress. Ordered two to chose the best size. Return process was nice and easy for the one I sent back.
Very good prompt customer service and helpfully explained the return policy.
Never regretted a buy more. Soles of my shoes started to let loose within 2 weeks. In the trash within two months... Wish I could give less than 1 star

I felt they were a long-established, reputable brand so didn't even think to look at these reviews - although I wish I had! Firstly I had to chase for my delivery, my order was placed on 31st December and delivered on 12th January, which I was not impressed with at all. Once my order was delivered I was disappointed with every single item - poor quality and poor fit, the clothes looked and felt very cheap, so I decided to return them all. I used French Connection's return portal and received an email from them with my returns label, and a link to track my return. My return was collected from my home by Royal Mail on 15th January and delivered to French Connection on 17th January - as the tracking link on the email French Connection sent me states. I have now had to chase my refund, only to be told they don't have a record of receiving my return in their warehouse. I was asked to send them proof of postage, which I have done, but cannot understand why I need to supply this when I used their returns label and their tracking number states my return has been delivered. Now I am wasting even more of my time chasing a full refund (which I sincerely hope I will receive). I am appalled by the lack of efficiency, customer service and an eCommerce system that clearly isn't working. I will never be ordering from French Connection again.
