Brilliant service
Most fuel stations will not accept this card because they do not recognise it. Ninety per cent of my staff have been refused fuel and have to use their funds. When you call Fuel Genie to explain to them that most stations will not accept the card, they want the station's address and the exact date of refusal. At this point, there are too many to give them. I do not have time to get all the information they want to fix their business. I will have to use another company.

Honestly shocking how this company works. You have to jump through hoops to get anywhere with them. They will not even change statement dates or collection dates. Account information is not easy to find. The card is rejected at most of the app recognised shell garages. Customer accounts member Mark is miserable sod who needs to find a new job
We have used Fuel Genie for our fleet since 2017. The service works perfectly for us. We are in the process of changing banks and unfortunately timing of the change meant our old DD failed. I rang to speak to an advisor and spoke to Wayne, who was able to confirm the DD Changes had been made but not quite in time. Wayne also stated he would set a reminder to check the next payment goes through ok. He was really pleasant on the telephone and knowledgeable. Thank you

I Have been using Fuelgenie since 2014 never had any issues until last month changed address cards where sent to old address no contact from company emailed no response finally got through to someone raised to credit team nearly a week later no response I have had no cards delivered to new address having to pay fuel card for last month plus fill vehicles up this month the service is disgusting if this is how they treat loyal customers I will be raising this higher

After fuel cards from, Logistics UK, and Shell through a third party, I up graded to a fuelgenie + cards at pump price. Supermarket. I got tired of price creep with the fuel card companys so a call to the fuelgenie team and they sorted my requirements without fuss.

Feb 13,2025We requested two new fuel cards via a phone call, the procedure was simple and took only a few minutes, the person I spoke to was very helpful. The fuel cards were expected within 5 to 7 working days, they took slightly longer to arrive, a day or so, this was not a problem for us however and we have experienced postal delays from time to time in the past, so this may not have been a FuelGenie issue.
