Only fuel card we've ever had, no problems, just limited to supermarket fuel. Only thing that is slightly annoying is that since COVID they started taking weekly payments, which is fine, but it's random as to when they want it, no fixed day a week, not even every 7 days !!

FuelGenie is super easy to use. You can add, edit or delete fuel cards whenever you like in the app. Invoices are detailed and paid via DD. Fuel cards without the fuss!
Hounded with spam emails
I have not had messages returned and received incorrect information from staff.
IGNORE ALWAYS THERE AN ISSUE WITH THEM After sending various emails in regards with setting up direct debit due to change in my address Not once the customer service from fuel genie called me They keep stopping my login details and always they have to keep sending me change of password request I have full record of my email summary For how they’ve dealt with my queries Greedy Attitude for finding way to add surcharges on account for Miss payment With my current experience with FUEL GENIE I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WITH REGARDS SAI G LOGISTICS LTD

I have never ever received a fuel discount.
Easy to set up, UK coverage of fuel depots, great vision of account and personal account manager who was great. Always checking on account requirements and very helpful when fuel prices were rising. Used them for 17 years and a great experience throughout.
