I asked for an increase to my credit limit as being a driving instructor I get through a lot of fuel and they granted it within half an hour excellent!

Don't apply before read this comment. If u miss your direct debit they charging £49 every missing direct debit.It doesn't matter how much you spend in your account.If you're looking fuel card,you should check Shell fuel card.Because shell not charging any money for direct debit missing.Also fuelgenie have a poor customer service.

Having used for many years the online account system is great very easy to download invoices, check usage, request or cancel cards all round great website. Tele customer service 5 star staff very helpful and understanding.

READ BEFORE APPLYING. Reviews do not seem legitimate. Charge of £49 for a direct debit return which will add on every few weeks upon failed payments. Outrageous charge and no set date for a direct debit.

I deleted the app. I just wanted to post a few prices I had recently paid. But the app requires log in and passwords that are not kept in my iPad manager… Not sure why it should be difficult to post prices paid…

This has to be one of the worst customer service companies I've come across. Can't believe the reviews here (sus). Good luck with getting a rely on via email, hasn't happened yet despite over 20+ attempts. So you pick up the phone to cancel the account, to be told you need to send an email, which you do but no reply and when you phone back again they said they don't get it. For your sanity avoid!

So far so good. App is simple and intuitive to use - as a sole trader I don’t need some of the features but it’s great to know they’re there if needed as and when I grow.

Great service easy to apply, sensible credit limits. Fuel genie give us a credit line for the fuel to get our business up and running when other simply would not. We are thankful for there trust

Excellent response from customer service. Sent email asking for a higher credit limit and it was done within half an hour. The website is also excellent to check our account and email reminders are always relevant and in time. Great all round!!
