Spoken to customer services a couple of times during our time with Fuelgenie and always seem to get rude Reg on the phone. One of the main reasons we're currently looking to move is a lack of care for retaining customers.

Yes this is very good and maybe best fuel Card! But 1 thing! I didn't use many years my Account. But was about £45 advance! So. They are just closed my account and stolen money. Now I have £0 in advance! Sorry 1 star.
using the APP i have control over my account and when it was clear i need to up our credit limit it was a 5 minute job m done dusted excellent
Absolute rubbish constant charging , if you miss the direct debit 50 quid charge constant direct debits flying out the account with no explanation cancel my account you can’t meet the demands !
I wanted to go from a UK Fuels card to fuel genie as I’m not receiving great service from my current provider. I have good credit history with uk fuels and credit in general but everytime i apply for a fuel genie card, i get declined. Customer service is non existant with fuel genie by the looks of it. Cant even reply to emails.
Upgraded from a fuelgenie card to a fuelgenie+ card so I could use Shell stations. My 3 local shell stations are on the app stating the card is accepted. After putting £123 diesel in my vehicle one said the card is not accepted. I insisted it was on the app so they tried to process the card and it was not accepted. Queried with the station manager who said they were a franchise station so they could not accept. I telephoned the other two stations and spoke to supervisors and both said it would not be accepted if I tried to use it at them. Emailed and spoke to Fuelgenie approx 3 weeks ago who said they would get their rep to follow through and advise me. I am still waiting thus planning to cancel my cards.
FuelGenie offers an excellent service. I have had an account with them for many years and would not hesitate in recommending them
Very useful and efficient way of keeping track and for HMRC records. I find it really beneficial.
