Recently started using and going well so far. Good idea for a small charity using vans for transport. Not quite 5 stars as would be better if I can update our account without having to contact them by email as this causes a delay.
Complaint! I have had one of my work vehicles rejected from a Shell garage at Pickets Cross, Ringwood, Dorset. They advised that they won't accept your Fuel Genie + card. I have spoken too your customer that advised that the Shell garage should accept the card. After 5 minutes of advising Kam, at your CS, that they wont accept the card, even after I phoned them directly which they confirmed they don't accept FG+ cards?? His response when I asked him to make contact with them that he was too busy?? I asked to put through to a manager to discuss this further and advised he couldn't. Not to sure what customer support system you are managing but absolutely shocking treatment, expected better. I will now like my account to be closed as you are misleading companies advising that the Shell garages on your App are all accessible and they are not, further more your CS is shockingly bad. Send me details of my account closure as I will take my business else where.
App works great, I know what I've got to spend on my fuel card every month. It also shows what petrol stations are around me.
